Looking for a "paint" program.
Greetings my fellow Spyro lovers. I'm new to this website and I would like to get going on some fan art pics of Spyro and Cynder. The problem is that my computer does not have a "paint" program and I don't have the money to go out and buy Photoshop and a Wacom Tablet and Pen. I was wondering if there are any sites out there where I can download a "paint" program that I can use to create those pics for free.
Any constructive help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
P.S I know this is a Spyro website, but if it's alright with you guys, I would like to include some pics of characters that I'm designing as well.

Aside from -illegal- methods that allows you to download Photoshop, one of the best free image program is the GIMP. It has a ton of useful features that's very similar to Photoshop - if you just use essential but basic functions, you might not even need Photoshop. For a free program, it's quite versatile. You can take a look at the online tutorials to get an idea of the program's capabilities. Hope that helps.

GIMP can actually do anything photoshop can do, But I just prefer photoshop because that's all I have used.

Thank you very much. I downloaded GIMP last night and got to work right away. I finished my first piece of work earlier this morning. It's not Spyro or Cynder, but Cynder's design was a big inspiration for this character of mine. Her name is Pyyra (PEER-uh) and obviously a dragon. May I upload it anyway?
I want to make sure that I wouldn't be breaking any site rules by posting a pic that is not Spyro or Cynder before I upload it.
