Re: Best Soundtrack - PS1 games
Even then most composers will still have some kind of experience before hand. Copeland yes had plenty of it with his band...and if they did make him play through every level they were indeed smart...involving the player in every atmoshpehre you can will only bring the overall quality of gameplay up...so it was a pretty genius move.

Re: Best Soundtrack - PS1 games
Well here's a relevent video on Copeland and his music for Spyro. It does talk about some of the things I've mentioned already (see 0:44).

Re: Best Soundtrack - PS1 games
For the best whole soundtrack, I'd say Spyro 2. At least, that's what I have the most of on my MP3 players.
Best single soundtrack would be the Peace Keeper's realm or Sunny Beach/Gulp's Overlook.

Re: Best Soundtrack - PS1 games
Spyro The Dragon! Love the music! xD
I love the whole soundtrack but I'd have to say my number one favorite is Lofty Castle. ^___^
Even when I'm really upset the music brightens my day and puts a smile on my face.

Re: Best Soundtrack - PS1 games
Well that's certainly a good thing lol....and I don't see how you could get bored with an Ipod lol...add some more songs to it if you get bored
..don't just get rid of it.

Re: Best Soundtrack - PS1 games
I never said you were an idiot lol...I'm just wondering why you would get rid of such an expensive piece of equipment when you got bored with the songs lol....did you try finding new ones at all?

Re: Best Soundtrack - PS1 games
Well at least you found some good use for it lol..but again this topic does pertain to the best music style used in the games....so let's get back to that or others.
