The Nintendo Wii Sports has become the highest selling video game ever. Surpassing Super Mario Bros. I guess this was to be expected.

I think it's ridiculous to even count it in something like that. The game isn't what people buy, it's the console that comes with the game. I bet the majority of Wii owners wouldn't have Wii Sports if it didn't come with it.

That is very true, Atresac. The game comes with the console. If "Fat Lard
from the Moon" was a game and came with every Xbox 360, it would
eventually be called the best-seller.

Oh, god *bleep*. Why? Its an okay game at best... I'm really tired of Nintendo's focus on passive gamers. I bought a Wii back in 2007. I had been following the Wii's development since 2005 as Nintendo kept assuring us hardcore gamers, "Oh, no, its okay, you are going to love this. We're doing this all for you so you can swing your swords in Zelda and be more immersed into the game!" And then they turn around and focus on making games for old people.

Honestly I only played the thing once and I wasn't a big fan...but my sisters are obsessed with the freaking thing...never put it away -.-

In the beginning, I felt the only thing I could do on my Wii was play Wii Sport, and I got sick of it. But now more games are coming out and it's really starting to show improvement. I mean, buying a light-saber and swinging away on Star Wars, awesome! Wireless guitar hero, awesome! Use a gun for CoD:WAW, awesome!

Wii, Playstation and PC are the best for gaming.

I don't even have a Wii...always been just Playstation and Computer....but maybe I'll make an investment in one this summer or so...if people still say good things about it...
