Cynder: Hot or Not?

My question is whether or not you would like to see a second appearence in any of the future Spyro games. I know I would! Cynder in my opinion is the most ingenious idea since Spyro himself!

Heh, I was expecting to have to come in here and wonder out loud how people can be attracted to dragons in video games. tongue

I think she should be back, but with a somewhat different personality. Her design is cool; I wouldn't want to see it go to waste.

Seeing as she has such a large fanbase, I'm positive they'll bring her back in future games.

Anyways, I'd love to see her back in future games. As Stormy said, with her large fan group I doubt they wouldn't add her again. More fans = More cash

they will bring her bak they hav like spyrocynder said hav a good idea and they can develop it and make it more interesting espeically wiv this new co-op gaming which has come into teh spyro games which most people seem to like including me

Well, remember, TLoS was only a trilogy. We don't have any idea if they are even going to continue making Spyro games, let alone more Legend of Spyro.

I didn't like Cynder very much in any of the games. She had a cool design, like Stormy said, but as a character, I didn't like her very much. I would prefer if there was no Cynder in future games, but I kind of like the idea of her having a different personality, and kind of just wiping out what happened at the end of the TLoS series.

Yeah that's what I was thinking too lol...well thank god for that...anyways I would love to see her character return in future games and I'm pretty sure that she is going ot return. After all she is prolly more popular in the new series then Spyro is himself lol...and unless you really have an understanding for her character you wont think she is much use.

But yes not including her in future LoS games should they continue with the series would really be a bad decision...they should even go the extra mile to include more younger dragon characters in the series rather then just the two....because I was sad to see that Cynder was the only female dragon in the game.

Other then that we will have to wait and see just how the movie does before we can get any real answers....but bringing her back is essential to any success the games have...in my opinion.

Well some just see her character as a mary sue and her personality very dismal...but it depends on how you fit a story together I suppose...I personally think she was perfect in that plot...and she is by far my favorite character in the series..I just wish they did include more females.

speaking about the movie i am really going to laugh if they change her personalty to happy and love then doom and gloom.

or laugh if they change something that wasn't in the game

FOR EXAMPLE

in RE2 nemesis never turned good but he did in the movie (and then a plane fell on him tongue )

I would personally burn the studio to the ground...they better not change anything....I'm just hyped to see how they build upon the characters in general...they def have the chance to show us quite a bit more...so they better not screw it up if they know wha'ts good for them..

At first, I thought this topic was going to be about if Cynder was physically attractive or not, to which my reply would have been "Dude, wtf? She's a dragon!" But it isn't, which makes me glad. tongue

Anyways, I don't care, either way. I wouldn't mind the introduction of Cynder into the Original Series/3rd Series, provided we're done with this Spyro x Cynder crap.

Well if they did bring her back into the original series by some chance I don't see anything romantic going on between them lol...not with the way the Insomiac games were designed.....that just wouldn't be right for the series I think lol....Spyro doesn't need girls big_smile ..

I wouldn't mind it at all if she were introduced in any future games. ^^ And, sorry to say, but I doubt they're going to bring Flame, or much else of the former cast back if they're not essential. So, Elora, Bianca, etc... I'm not holding my breathe.

Yeah...maybe Flame and Ember would be ok...but other then that I don't think anyone will be around...they wouldn't try to connect the series in more ways...I was surprised when they brought in Hunter...but that wasn't a disappointment. So again It depends...but yeah I have to agree, I don't see them bringing in any of the others.
