Oh that's just my style. I hope it's not too bothersome. 
It's kind of funny because I drew her back in January,
and her head seems to be smaller but I got criticized for having her hairline too high so I had to change that. MAYBE THE BIG HEAD IS COMPENSATION.

I'm kk at drawing. Not as great as other people.
I tried to derive it as much as i could from Cynder. Did not go to well. Sorry if its upside down. Iv'e tried everything.

Random but ok? by the way, nice pic. I should go back to art class. this time, a professinal class. not a school class. embaressing! suck as how I am changing gymnastics programs. I am going to a professinal gymnastics now. yay! i can not belive my dad actully said yes to paying 65 bucks a month for professinal gymnastics! maybe they finally won't act like I am a baby like they do at the little gym. That's pretty good, but I suggest that with the way you color, make the outlines a little more noticeable in some places (such as her arm against the blue... whatever that is) and more subtle in some (her face).
Also, don't use pointy anime chins.
