Re: Art

Upload your picture somewhere like here, for example, and use the code with the [img] and [/img] tags around it.

They're not anime, or gamish, and some are from movies, but I like them, and I really did draw them. Sorry if they're kinda dark. I don't have a great camera.

Just because I'm shorter than you, doesn't give you the right to use me as an armrest.

Re: Art

Hey guys, I've been planning a Spyro parody comic for a while (my avatar is related to it) and I finally got around to working on it. However, I really don't want to spend too much effort on it so I make them as quick as I can, I just like getting the jokes and expressions across.

More unfortunately, I've been planning to make them digitally with a tablet but the hubster lost the pen for my tablet and we can't find it. >:X HE ALWAYS RUINS THINGS. So I've been drawing it with pen and pencil on seperate papers then scanning them and breaking them up and it's hell.

I'll post some on Spyro Pictures when I've done a few more but here's a sample! (Careful, it's kind of big.)

Also, some very, VERY quick rough doodles that are related to the comic. I do this when I brainstorm a page.

Re: Art

Why thanks. I haven't played Spore in a while because my computer just keeps crashing when I play it for no reason. I was kind of dissappointed I couldn't use my Spyro in creature stage though. I'll probably get back on it when the house is done being re-furbished and we can get to work on getting new computers and setting them up.

Oh and guys, sorry I didn't reply to your compliments on my previous art post, I really do appreciate them but I'm just not used to replying to compliments anymore, haha. (I know, this is a terrible habit and I should stop.) You guys can critique my stuff as harshly as you want if you have anything to say about it that's bugging you, I really like critique. Even if they're just doodles that I spent no effort on you can go right on ahead, maybe it'll help me doodle better! Of course, if you don't want to critique that's fine too, I know it's bothersome to ask people to look at your art and write about it heh. Thanks again!

Re: Art

Ok, my art compared to yours is a bunch of swiggles lol.  I can't exactly find anything to critique about (I'm not experienced enough for art of that caliber to notice anything significant, especially when it comes to things like Cynder and Elora)

That's pretty hilarious, but Spyro in the first panel looks a bit stiff.  I guess it's hard to draw a dragon on all-fours walking, but it just doesn't look quite right.

"alas" had better be your way of saying "I ADMIT I AM A WORTHLESS FAILURE".

Yup. I am also saying "I won't fix this error ever because I am a greedy, lazy jerk who isn't getting paid for this."

But I'll watch out for it next time.

Re: Art

For some reason I felt like sketching up that cannibalistic chick from Sweeney Todd. Must have been that Good Eats episode I saw the other day about meat pies.

Re: Art

Nonsense, I'm twenty-two and you guys will probably be drawing better by the time you're my age.

If it makes you feel any better you can trash any art of mine all you want. I welcome it more than praise, actually. (LOL I'm masochistic sad )

In that case I would like to point out how UNREALISTIC IT IS.

NO ONE EVER HAS SCRIBBLES GOING THROUGH THEM.  But look at her.  She's COVERED in them.

Re: Art

OH MY GOD I'M A FAILURE. Also, her thumb has mysteriously disappeared, that's no way to hold a plate!

(But seriously if you were on Deviantart and 80% of your comments were "KAWAII!" you'd be craving trashings too.)

Hahaha, the husband said my drawing's a failure because her chest isn't nearly as big as Helena Bonham Carter's in Sweeney Todd. WHAT A PERVO. (but he's right)
