i thin most people here hav started spyro who prefer the originals r mostly before and the age of ten when they played the first one like me 4 example i played it when i was 5 and wot cynder's #1 fan said "I've known Spyro since I was 5 or 6" or mad guns22 form when as he said since he was "2 or 3"

I've always had a thing for dragons even when I was little. I remember that I used to watch a Disney video on VHS called 'The Reluctant Dragon' when I was a toddler, so naturally, when the first Spyro game in 1998 came out for the Playstation, I was interested. What fascinated me was its simple, yet compelling gameplay, so I loved the first games, and bought the next few Insomniac games.

But I was turned off by the next few games, as the games lacked vitality, depth and its gameplay began to deteriorate, so I turned away from the series for a while. I also began to notice as I went through high school, as back then I was thinking of being a writing major, its overall lack of storyline and direction, and the shallowness of its characters.

My interest was reignited by the Legend of SPyro games, because of its memorable characters and its compelling story. The gameplay could have been better, but they were still worth playing. Though most of my video interests nowadays consist of First person shooters like Half-Life 2, the Call of Duty series and Medieval Total War II, Spyro has always been sort of a fetish with me.

I've known Spyro since... well i was 3! that is true! I used to watch my mum play it when i was little!! awww so many memories. (although the fun one i can remember watching was i think was...... the first one! wow, i seriosly want to play them again. now.

i remember watching my mum and sometimes my dad on the first spyro but the funny thing was i was the first one to complete the first spyro out of the three of us when i was about 4 or 5 smile

i guess thats why people wnat teh old spyro to b redone so they relive their old memories of the original spyro but wiv better appearences od both teh chracters and the worlds

When the game first came out, which was around the time I was only 7 years old. ^.^ It was always one of my most favorite games since then. I'm sure it will continue to be as well.

I got this game plus a PS christmas time 1998 or 1999, so I've been a fan just about the whole time. Of course I fell out when it switch to the PS2 and didn't really start playing 'til ANB.

spyro was my first game when it came out whne i gt my PS1 it was also teh 2nd game i played on PS1 silent hill was teh first as i played it when i was 4 which scared me so even now i cant play PS1 silent hill but spyro showed me in a way wot PS1 is like

try ur loft if ur english but if ur american attic (y does it hav 2 b different wrds?? lol) or it might of been sold off on eBay it can happen my mum almost sold my PS1 spyro games bt i rescued them and they mysteriously disapeered so she cant find them smile i know where they r ha ha

I think I might have already said something on here...but I don't remember so I will again lol....I have known Spyro...for ten years now lol...almost eleven...just about as long as any fan who played the originals...so yeah Spyro has been around about half my life..ever since I was ten years old....and I enjoy those games very much still to this day...their is no need to redo them in my mind..they are perfect the way they are.
