The council had reconvened tme moment Terrador re-entered the stage. Individuals had been talking with themselves since Onyxia cast that fear-spell upon them. It was starting to wear off. With the majority of the audience silent die to not wanting to be feared again Terrador was able to continue his debate and questions to the council members, without much interruption.

Spyro sighed "Finally, my head's stopped pounding from all the bickering."

Spyro snorted and chuckled at Terrador's comment

Several dragons, young, hung their heads down until one stepped foreward "We see your point Terrador, we will stave the wars to help with the rebuilding. The Ironblood is at your disposal." and several others also bowed their heads.

When Spyro turned to the right, he saw that the Blackwood Clan members, and a few others, had already left amongst the speech.
