Ever heard of Tim Tang???

Tim Tang has a test. It's suppose to be the hardest test in the world. And I've been trying it out for the last couple days and am completely stuck on level 21. Can anyone help me? Use spoilers if you have to. All I know about this leve is that I have to be fast about the page in between level 20 and 21. Totally confusing. It is an online test, so just google it or type in the browser, timtang.net.
