Re: Throw in some Sci-Fi?

Sci-fi is pretty much magic explained in a sciency way, so pretty much there's already sci-fi in Spyro.

Re: Throw in some Sci-Fi?

Well the Insomniac games and some newer ones had SF, but the LOS trilogy didn't which I really don't like....

I want to have like  spacey worlds and stuff.....

And I want another giant robot as a boss....

Re: Throw in some Sci-Fi?

Sci-Fi would be cool in Spyro.(Sparx could get upducted by aliens)

It would probaly end up like this:(if it was Star wars Sci-Fi)

Malefor:Spyro,I am your father.
Spyro:Noooooooooooooooo!
Ignitus:I'm his father,stupid head.-_-
Spyro:Thats even worse!

Re: Throw in some Sci-Fi?

I wonder if they took the "Dragon World" a bit seriously... and Avalar. The holo projection of a solar system in Red's Lab in
AHT promoted the idea. I decided to get a little more serious with the idea and designated Wynn as the homeworld of Avalar and the dragons old home (TLoS). Hovana Sul is the present (Original series) world where the dragons live. There may be also a third planet that was destroyed. Batel Elini is what I would call that planet. Ignitus may have hinted at this in DotD.

Excerpted from The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon
Ignitus: The ancients believed that this creature brings about the birth of a new world.
Sparks: See, that sounds like a good thing...
Ignitus: ...by issuing it's destruction.
Sparks: Oh...

I'm guessing the dragons use the terms "Worlds" and "Realms" as a different reference for "Planets" and "Territory" or "Continents".
The portals may be possibly capable of making a junction between worlds if they have enough energy. That kind of makes sense in a way if you think about it. The question is...when and where this was first built. Most of the portals and similar archways have gems forged into them in StD and are possibly used for power fluctuation and boosting it if needed. The orbs and power crystal work in a similar way for the Super Portal in RR/GtG. Due to the lack of graphic possessing power of the PS1 I wondered how the portal transfers entities that can't fly. I think it functions like a network of worm holes and the individual's matter is divided up upon entry and reconstructed upon arrival of the set destination.  It explains some part of the interception made by The Professor when Spyro was going to Dragon Shores.

o_O It's a headache to think of all this but so is life. I think it helps just to know how some things work to stop from going into a tail spin when you try to figure it out yourself.

I don't care how it looks but how it functions
