~!STORYLINE!~

It had been three weeks since Malefor's defeat, life was returning to normal at last. Spyro and Cynder have returned to Warfang City, and are living a new and peaceful life together. This continues for a while more, they reunite with several old friends, including old Mole'yair and Exhumor and their Mannweersmalls as well as a visit on Kain and the Atlawas.

A short while afterwards other kingdoms and empires from around the world send their thanks and gratitude to the two dragons. Gifts and presents from everything to a flower sent by a little girl or a bunch of exotic draperies.

The humans were from a land of snow and ice called Vanguard, It's Royal City was Sentinel, they too sent forth their praise and gratitude to the two young dragons. And another race paying tribute were the fairies from The Vale and the vast ethnicity of different wizards and sorcerers of the Arcane Tower also praised the young dragon.

What was the greatest surprise to the two dragons was that a letter came containing information about recently a hidden pockets of dragon societies. Other eggs had hatched! Several dragons that had eluded or escaped Malefor in the immediate area were living in small settlements near Vanguard and taking up residence at the Arcane Tower

By far the largest settlement of 'hidden-ones' was to the far east. In a land of mist and mountains. There hidden in the woods was the long lost sister-city of Warfang. The City of Shenlong.

After the battle with the Dark Master both Spyro and Cynder were given a little bit of time to relax. As soon as they had recovered they were to begin rebuilding Warfang. More and more dragons return to Warfang, and an uneasiness rises up as individuals begin to argue and fight with each other.

“Who will lead us now that Ignitus is gone?” they asked “The Guardians are diminished and no-one is on the Warfang High-Seat!” they would say.

What was their revalation? To overthrow all opposition and sieze the city for their own. Alliances and clans begin to form, and what seemed to start off as an easy path back to peace is turning out to have massive problems of it's own.

Dragons- No purple dragon other than Spyro can exist.

They are one of the most powerful races in the world. Their history runs farther back than any other race in the world. Books and libraries containing unlimited knowledge of magic and lore. Sadly, the old and adult dragons have all but extinguished in the battle against Malefor. Many young dragons have been left without parents to guide them, and most have become unruly and chaotic.

~*Subraces*~ - Subraces are the species of dragon basically. There are only two so far . .

Drakes – Like Spyro and Cynder, and every other dragon we've seen in LOS. Most Drakes favor strength, except some females who are more agile. Their capital is Warfang. They shorter bodies than the Chi-in and sport wings, where their Asian cousins do not.

Chi'in – Asian dragons do not have wings, but they have no need of them anyway. They levitate through the air using magic. Smaller and slenderer than most Drakes they tend to favor speed. Their capital is Shenlong. Their long body-types allow them to squeeze through most places Drakes cannot go.

Moles/Manweersmalls – They are a mole-like race whose homeland was the fires of Boyzitbig The moles have been shown to have engineering and mechanical genius beyond any other race, besides dragons, that has yet been seen. They gave and are sharing the City of Warfang with their Dragon friends. A majority of the mole socirty has been driven to their own little nitch of the city due to the fighting in the streets.

Subraces
Brie - British-like ("Ey Guvna") - Dawn Of The Dragon

Fromage - French-like ("Sacre-bleu!”) - A New Beginning and Night of Eternal Darkness

Humans – They are the most promiscuous race of the world, and the majority of them live in the northern hemisphere. They abandoned their homeland, now called Dante's freezer, and created their new home in Sentinal. The city is carved into the rockface of the tallest, natural mountain in the north, Shining Spire, where at the top they built a temple to Aurora their Mother Goddess. They are a very adaptable race, able to learn things quickly and adjust to their surroundings.

Basically the subraces will be like the different ethnicities of our world:
Caucasian, Hindu, Asian, etc.

Fairies – A wise and whimsical race of humanoid beings half the size of men. They have wings on their shoulders that allow them to hover and fly above the ground. They have a natural talent for earth magics and are very respectful of nature. They are a matriarchal society, the politics and royal house officials are almost always female. Because of their reclusive nature not else is known at the moment.

Anthromorphs/Furrys (( Like Bianca and Hunter [Just stay true to the Spyro world, no angel/demon/dragon/elf half-breeds] )) - I honestly don't know how to describe these guys. According to the info we know on the Cheetahs in the DOTD, they are tribal, stubborn, and highly superstitious.

~*~MAGIC and SORCERY~*~

Note for the Dragons - Unless your Cannon can weild four elements instantly (Spyro and Cynder) dragons have to limit themselves to the magic they start with, and can weild at the start. In this RP dragons, be they Elemental or Black, they can learn other elements over time. Your character will have to take classes or teach themselves how to perform different magics. Preferably the prior because experimenting with strange magic that you were not born with, can turn out to be, explosive . .

Secondary/Sub-magics

A player can have a max of two secondaries per character. If you REALLY want a power on this RP other than the ones listed here you have to explain it [in mild-detail] in your character sheet. All new sub-magics must be highlighted a color or bolded

Nothing can be overpowered. Yes you can have a spell that makes you invisible, but you can't attack while invisible, or the spell will wear off!

Time – Time is unique to the Purple Dragon, no-one else can use it.

Flight – Dragons can fly naturally because their being born with wings. Dragons in the city of Shenlong do not use wings to fly but rather propel themselves through the air by means of magic unknown to most. Other races can obtain the power of flight through several occurances, they can use a spell to fly them to a particular location, or they may enchant an item such as a broom, rug, or cloak to allow them flight. [Dragons and Fairies already possess the power of Flight.]

Illusion – This tricks your enemies and adversaries into believing they are seeing or experiencing something of your design. It can be used as a distraction in order to sneak past the enemy, It can be used to camoflage and hide in the darkness or in plain sight, but any move to attack or grab anything will break your cover. Lastly it can be used to charm others into liking you more, temporarily, to get what you need from them.

Summoning – The ability to summon other-worldly creatures and spirits to be your partner. Once a partner has been contracted, he or she is bound to the summoner. Summons gain the elemental attunement of their partner. The spirit partner is called an Anima, an anima reflects the summoner's personality, a personality that will complete the summoner. Animus come in a wide variety of sizes and shapes, from creatures like cats to humanoids.

Telepathy/Empathy – Individuals who practice this magic must have a very highly trained mind and ability to calm themselves. Psychics can read other's emotions and thoughts depending on their level. Exposure to elements and emotions around them can drive them insane of not careful.

Divination – Divining is a magic used to see the unseen, to be able to see visions from past, present, and future. A rare few have this power, so those desiring this power must prove themselves to me in order to earn it.

Healing - Using one's own stamina and magic to restore health to another. A very common trait amongst dragons, and very coveted.

Harmonics – A unique casting method where the power of the voice is used to be the medium. Magics found in this category are often used to sooth, inspire, or encourage. The spells include lullabies to lure the target asleep, and calming which can douse an angry temper. On the retrospective people can use songs to invoke other emotions or even provoke a fight. This is one of the hardest magics to master, as it requires total vocal perfection of the notes. Just a drop in the note can alter the song completely, and thus change the effect

Alchemy – The ability to mix and create potions and tonics for various reasons. It can also be used to mix venoms and poisons to coat the tip of swords or arrows.

Shapeshift/Transform - The ability to shapeshift into different forms. Some individuals can only hold forms for a certain amount of time, and others can maintain form with aid from a magical talisman.

As far as other things are concerned, if you want your character to be anything like a blacksmith, artist, musician, toymaker, or engineer, or whatever. Limit yourself, your character isn't going to be a know it all! So they can't know everything and do it without flaw, that's over the top.

Casting Limit – I don't want this to turn into God-Moding central. Magic costs stamina. As long as people remember that they can't keep casting forever unless they're getting tired.

Weapon Attacks – NOTHING is an instant hit or kill. People who do instant anythings will get ONE warning.

Clan-Master - The Mad-Lady

Info - A clan that operates inside the middle district, claiming that they are the only ones wise and intelligent enough to rule the city, and the dragons within. Their members often favor subtlety and manipulation opposed to charging in head first with swords drawn. Their leader is the mysterious black dragoness known as the Mad-Lady. Whether she is just a figurehead to scare the competition or she is really as mad as she acts, is unknown. Blackwood is one of the providors of luxury merchandise in Warfang. Rare dress-wear, musical instruments, that kind of thing.

Symbol: Their clan symbol is a black tree with multicolored leaves. Showing their wealth.

Loyalists – Individuals who were there during the struggle against Malefor. These people believe that Spyro and Cynder should take up the seat and rule as Regents of the city. The group has set up headquarters at the heart of the city, in the palace. They remain there to guard the seat from anyone who wound take it premature to a council of all the races, all the cities, and all the settlements. While technically not a clan they are a group who tries to keep whatever order there is left in the city.

Religion and Worship

Dragons practice ancestor worship. The worship and gratitude for those who have passed on into the infinity beyond. The ancestors were the ones who 'gave' the gems to the dragons. The Dragon Temple, aside from being a school for youngsters, is also a kind of religious center.

The humans have one god, or goddess, by the name of Aurora, the 'radiant-mother' who gave birth to humanity and the world. Churches and monastaries of the goddess are dotted across Vanguard. The royal family of Vanguard is rumored to be her direct descendants. People who avoid the churches are frowned upon by the society, and are labeled heretics. While the Royal family has forbade any acts of violence in the kingdom, heretics are still treated unjustly, people will refuse to speak, or raise the price of anything a heretic is buying.

No wonder Cymberly left.

~Cannon Locations~

The Dragon Temple - A place where young dragons could learn techniques from teachers and masters of the elements. It served as a starting point for Spyro in both ANB and TEN.

Dante's Freezer - A place of ice and snow that used to be the homeland of the Humans several generations ago. Upon their leaving the tyrannical warlord, who was human at the time, tried to keep the people from leaving. The ancestor of Vanguard's royal family cursed the warlord and all those who willingly followed him to be bound to the ice-caves they so adored. The place is still cursed today, and the dead followers and they tyrannical ice king rise from their graves still, Spyro saw that first hand.

Tall Plains - A place high in the clouds, several jungle-topped mountains strung together by rope bridges inhabited by a tribe known as the Atlawa. They are very fond of nature, and respect it's beauties. They pay tribute to a shrine god for their good fortune.

Boyzitbig - A volcano that is almost always erupting. Originally the home of the Manweersmalls, also known as the moles, the water around it is super heated, and deadly to touch.

Cynder's Fortess - This place now lies in ruins, it was the fist thing that was destroyed after the dragoness was returned to normal. nothing but exploded crystal and iron shrapnel at the tower-site now.

Forbidden Grotto - A place untouched by civilization at the end of the Silver River. The creatures inside are tainted with poison and despite some of it's beauties, the place is truely a deathtrap.

Skabb's Pirate Fleet - Fleets of red wood ships that travel from place to place plundering different cities and towns for gain. Most of it was destroyed when the Dark-Hand attacked and took Cynder away.

Celestial Caves - A place covered in dust and moss from centuries of being the most reclusive place in the world. The riddles and traps here are used so that none may just openly come and visit the Chronicler

Mountain of Malefor - This place now lies in ruins

City of Shenlong - A city to the far-east that is considered to be Warfang's sister city. being the other great gathering place for dragons. It is an Asian-style city and has many grand Pagoda's and Palaces throughout. Their city is at peace, being ruled by a dragon-elder council made of the seven wisest dragons in their region. It is a place to go if you want to relax.

Sentinal - Royal City of Vanguard - A place in the far north the archetecture of Sentinal reflects it's residents's need to stay warm. there are chimneys for fires and stoves in every house. The roofs are easy to get snow off of, and their walls are thick and unsulated with thick draperies around curtains to keep out the wind.

The Vale - Home of the Fae - The place is off limits to most races other than fae and people invited by them. They live with nature and their houses are open to the elements save for roofs to stave off the wind.

Appearance - Cymberly has black hair and ruby-red eyes. She always prefers to wear boys-clothes opposed to dresses. She has a tattoo on her back that is Vanguard lettering and scribe. Her hair is gathered into two ponytails that come foreward to drape down her chest.

Personality - Cymberly is a . . normally quiet individual which leaves her summons to do all the talking for her.

Biography - She's been called many things in her hometown, slacker, exile, and heretic. Instead of becoming a priestess at the Church of Aurora she became a bard. Her father disowned her, because priesthood was in her family history, and anything deviating from that was heresy. She got fed up with her father talking down to her and one night she left. When she was far away from Sentinal she wondered where it was she was running to. She wanted to be somewhere where her father couldn't easily pull her back.

Her summons suggested they go to Warfang, the Dragon City that contained the heroes who defeated Malefor. She was hesitant at first, but then she agreed. She now approaches the walls of the dragon city to find a new life within it's walls.

Often these jewelries are gold and contain precious stones. The draperies she wears are often silk, satin, and the like.

Personality - While faking a case of insanity on the outside, pretending to be harmless, there is a deadly intelligence beneath it. She is cunning, deceptive, and . . in a word . . cruel. She only shows the latter to people close to her.

Biography - A black dragoness of unknown origin, she is the mysterious leader of the Blackwood Clan. She fakes insanity so that her enemies would switch their attention elsewhere. She uses cunning and intelligence to win wars against her foes. She was rumored to be the dragon whom Malefor wanted as his second-in-command, but she refused him. In return she was thrown into a dungeon oubliette and tortured for her lack of loyalty. The way she was treated was how she got to be so twisted mentally and rumors spread that she wears those draperies and wigs to hide the scars she suffered from the prison.

Dislikes - Ugly things and individuals that associate themselves with such objects/individuals/places.

It is rumored that he lost his family there, but he hasn't responded to quesitons. Somewhat of a loner.

Likes - To make everything funny, annoy people, and to defend anyone he bothers to get close to.
Dislikes - Talking about his past, being asked why his scales are more shiny in certain areas.

(( Ok . . to address you on a few things, the Fire/Ice/etc elements are NOT secondaries. The magics that I listed like Illusion, and Summoning are*. Secondly the reason why I posted a form is that people would use it. Copy and paste it into your entry to make a character. Drakes are the type of dragon that Cynder and Spyro are, the Chi'in are my take on Oriental Dragons that 'swim' through the air without wings. So far those are the only two subraces

*Example replace Sub-Elements with

Illusion and Harmonics instead of 'Shadow,ice' ))

Appearance - Like a cheetah, but with a red tank top and kapris.
Personality - Loves to be around Ray, very flirty, and never backs down from a fight/ battle/ challenge, and never lsitens to anyone.
Biography - Celeste (her old name used to by Crystal) grew up in Avalar after the time of Ripto. Her parents had gone out hunting, but they never came back. When she was 7, she had an accident that would be fatal to anyone, but for some reason,only suffered memory-loss. She doesn't remember who she is, where she grew up, or anything about her past. One day, she came across a young cheetah family. They raised her up, and named her Celestale. The mother of the family gave her a celestial bow and a quiver of arrows at the age of 14. She had trained with them ever since. Soon, some rampaging dragons came along and slaughtered her beloved step-family. With her new weapons, she has ever since tracked down those dragons, but hasn't had any luck finding them. She met Ray along teh way and he has helped her. So far, they're in Valley of Avalar.
Likes - Ray, shooting things, traveling, guys, hanging with freinds, being the leader, fighting.
Dislikes - Hates when people boss her around, being lazy.

Biography - Ray grew up in Winter Tundra of Avalar. His family died right after he was born. One day, a small family of dragons stumbled across him, starved and almost dead. So, they took him in as one of their own. They taught him at age 13, how to make a quiver, arrows, and a longbow. He caught on real quickly, but soon after, he met up with this beautiful cheetah, Celeste. She told him what had happened to her and he decided to venture along, leaving his beloved dragon family behind. So far, they're in Valley of Avalar.
