Re: Spyro: Guardian´s path (Invite only RPG)

Blaze: Yes, but bipedal creatures rely on their tails for balance. If you lose the tail, you're pretty much helpless. *smiles*  That's the clans weakness... if they attack, our targets have to be their tails. Get rid of their tails, and they'll pose very little threat.

Frost: *smiles* Well, your father's strategic training has really been useful lately!

Re: Spyro: Guardian´s path (Invite only RPG)

Hunter: Good thinking, but hard when you reach reality, they are great sword fighters... it is as hard to get thier tails as it is to reach the celestial moons... you would die beforer you got it....

Re: Spyro: Guardian´s path (Invite only RPG)

Blaze: Not necessarily. A dragon's scales are rather durable and resistant... most sword blades would simply bounce off without causing damage.

Ignitus: *nods* Dragons are also more agile than you'd think, whether in the air or on the ground.

Re: Spyro: Guardian´s path (Invite only RPG)

Blaze: Even if it's the right type of blade, they'd need a metal hard enough to cut through the scales, and that sort of metal is very rare, and can't be duplicated.

Re: Spyro: Guardian´s path (Invite only RPG)

Hunter: Did you not notice how that switchblade the assasin had sliped into Ignitus's scales like a warm knife on butter? trust me they have it...

Re: Spyro: Guardian´s path (Invite only RPG)

Ignitus: *is wrapping his paw in bandages* One, perhaps. They'll likely have more. But it's doubtful that an entire clan could have all of their weapons made with that metal.

Re: Spyro: Guardian´s path (Invite only RPG)

Blaze: Then we have no time to lose. We have to train... to learn how to detect assassins before they strike.

Re: Spyro: Guardian´s path (Invite only RPG)

Ignitus: Very well then, let's get all of the trainees together. We'll start with assassin detection training first. Once this clan's dealt with, we'll focus on the other aspects. Right now, these assassins are a higher priority.

Re: Spyro: Guardian´s path (Invite only RPG)

OOC: A clan of dark cheetahs is out to kill Spyro and cause a prophecy to come true. So, the guardians are going to be training the new recruits how to detect assassins, before they can carry out their assassination attempt. Spyro and Cynder are also going to be taught that.

Ignitus: *nods* Hunter... you know a great deal about detecting assassins yourself, I would presume. Would you be willing to help train the new recruits?

Re: Spyro: Guardian´s path (Invite only RPG)

Ignitus: *nods* They're to become guardians as well, just as Spyro and Cynder are. Each of them has their own strengths as well. Blaze has impressive strategic skills.

Frost: And I'm actually pretty decent at stealth. I guess you could say I'm an assassin myself.

Blaze: It's true... she's been called on for assassination tasks in the past.
