Malefor's battle doesn't look like it's something special....
I've seen much MUCH cooler boss battles....his voice was also the worst voice I probably heard in any video game...
I t was a serious let down, I mean come on when I heard Mark Hamill is going to be in I wet myself, seriously I was soooo happy he's my childhood hero(screw Heat Ledger , Mark Hamill is The Joker!!!) and I was really hoping for like a scary creepy Joker/Skeleton Kings type of voice....
But when I heard it it was like "Omg what has science done?!" Seriously I had to read the subtitles to understand him! Why bring someone famous to do a voice when you're going to deform it to max. Great work Sierra, you destroyed probably what could have been the best thing in the series for me good job!
Anyways when thats out of my system I have to say that the ending was waaaaaaaaaaaaay to predictable i knew what's going to happened form the moment i finished ANB! But, but I have to say the ending was kinda good and if it was a movie it really should had happen like that. But then again the "Jesus" thing works awesome in movies...in video games on other hand...it's kinda lame...

It works once in awhile...I have seen very few video games that are as good as movies can be.....but I have to agree that I was really disappointed with the final battle.
Malefor was way too easy to beat.....I seriously don't know how somebody can have a hard time with it. I liked the addition of the reaction commands...but at least make them random...so every time you play through it you have it memorized.
His voice was plain awful....I also was excited when Mark Hamill was gonna do his voice. I even listened to his recordings before they managed to screw it up...and it sounded scarier then that. They really should have just let his real voice do the work...would have been so much better.
As for the ending scene as a whole....It made up for the rather anti-climactic fight.....but it's out and over with so what can ya do.

Also I'm not very pleased with how Malefor was beaten....
He went Ocarina of Time Ganondorf on us...except less cool XD
Also where did you find the pure un-screwed Mark Hamill voice???

Haha...well it was on youtube...but someone made a topic on it over in DotD...it was like interview with the cast members or something like that...but Mark Hamill was shown recording in his normal voice....and personally I liked it more lol...

I don't even have the game yet and I read the spoiler. It was pretty predictable once I read it. I had somewhat of an idea that at some point at the end of the game cynder would declare her love for spyro. But, at the same time, I was suprised that it wasn't the other way around.

Well that's the way that I thought it would happen too...I was surprised that she was the one who would say it...and that Spyro didn't say anything back...just gave her that gaze..which still told the stories in my eyes I suppose...but at least one of them said it...that's better then nothing at all...but with Cynder not having much of an emotional displaying past...I was very surprised that she was the one who said it..

i found the last boss 'Malefor' easy because i cheated!
u know why?........ok......i used infadent health......when my health meter is low and about to die i puase it and i use the cheat

lol u should at least play the game through wivout cheats first casue ur nvr gonna know if u can really do it casue i only use cheats 4 mucking about after i completed it otherwise theres no point to playing the game if i use em all the way through the first time playing the game

Well some poeple are compulsive cheaters lol....they have to cheat no matter what...I was like that a long time ago....but changed my ways to make it a little more challenging and fun. I feel bad if I go through a whole game without playing fairly.
Malefor all and all was not very difficult...his attacks can be avoided very easily....and you have plenty of time to damage him with elemental attacks and such....but yeah I don't think I have ever cheated while fighting him.

Well they better learn and learn fast if they want the series to have any hope of continuing onwards....they must learn from their past faults and build upon them for a better experience...that's critical to any developer's strategy....at least I know it would be to mine if I was doing it.
