Marcus: shut up....*raises wedger in the air by the throat*

Wedger: y-y-you're in-i-insane....

Marcus: yes....i know *toses him against the wall hearing his back bone crack and the wall acually dent a little*

Wedger: ....you.....wont get away with this....

Marcus: i will...you fool *throws him aaginst hte wall again this time the wall makes a hole and he falls out of it and hits the ground below hard* still breathing huh? *flys down and lands in front of him* i will kill you....to protect Cyra....

Eis: *places a claw to Marcus' neck, having snuck up behind him* You are hereby placed under arrest, and under a second charge of assault and also under a charge of attempted murder. *growls* You just don't seem to learn, do you? The jury will be back to hear this next part of the case. *drags Marcus into the courtroom again*

Eis: *releases Marcus and locks the door again* Sit down, now... *steps into the judge's box again, and the jury walks in, visibly annoyed that Marcus is having another trial* Now then... will the defendant tell his side of the case?

Wedger: *is set down since he can barely walk* thanks cyra....anyways....ngh...Marcus here attacked me and tried to murder me....he broke my back by throwing me into a wall...then he threw me straight through the wall he said he would kill me....to protect cyra....

Marcus: thats right! and when this is over! im finishing it!

Eis: *shakes his head* Well then, I believe we've heard enough.

Jury Foreman: We have already reached a verdict your honor, on all the charges. We have all seen and heard enough. We the jury, hereby find the defendant, Marcus, guilty of all charges, two charges of first degree assault, and attempted murder.

Eis: *nods* Very well then. Sentencing will be given tomorrow. As for you, Marcus. Bailiff!

Bailiff: Yes, your honor.

Eis: Bring the defendant to prison.

Bailiff: *grabs Marcus and drags him out of the courtroom and towards the prison*
