You do realize he votes with Bush 91% of the time?

There's a 9% difference between them.

And just about every republican is conservative. Bush is, McCain is, Palin is, etc.

Can you show me where you got those statistics from? Because McCain has been criticizing Bush a lot lately and seems to be moving away from his policies. That's where I thought he was different.
And McCain and Bush are not Conservative. They're both strong republicans. Whereas Palin, who supports less government, is all Conservative.

Well, yeah. Conservatives pretty much branch off of Republicans, but they're still not exactly the same because they have different views. For example, Conservatives want less government involved. That's what puts Palin as Conservative as stated by ABC World News, NBC News, CBS News, and even by herself in the debate last night. Bush is definitely not Conservative. You can tell that by where we are now. McCain has some Conservative views which I think he got through Palin. I don't consider him Conservative though.

That's what puts Palin as Conservative as stated by ABC World News, NBC News, CBS News, and even by herself in the debate last night. Bush is definitely not Conservative. You can tell that by where we are now. McCain has some Conservative views which I think he got through Palin. I don't consider him Conservative though.

[sub]Some of Bush's policies (like the bailout plan) are not conservative, but that is because the situation is different than normal.

Also, "conservative" doesn't only apply to economic policies. For example, Bush is pro-life, which is a conservative stance. [/sub]

welll..I was looking at ET(not Extra Terestrial)and they said that Palin was caught on tape praying for help..can you believe it?Also she was nervous a bit..they said that both Palin and Baiden put up a good debate and kept their cool..

You're going to find pro-life in every Republican. Actually, you'll find a little Conservatism in every Republican. But there is a break between someone who is a Conservative and someone who is a Republican.
It goes with how the seating is in Congress. Republicans sit on the far left. The more you move towards the center, the more Conservative you are. On the far right sits the Democrats. And the closer you are towards the center, the more liberal you are.
So there ends up being a large distinction between the people on the very end and the people in the middle.
