I have recently discovered that one of bionicle2809's fantrailers of DotD has been taken due to copyright claim by a third party on YouTube. Now two of my videos, including the Ultimate Gameplay Collection are in danger of being taken down also because the copyright claim that rejects certain LoS music. I'm now a little concerned that other Spyro videos with LoS music on them will be probably be taken down also by the copyright claim on YouTube, which greatly annoys me.

Almost all of my AFI/BA Spyro music videos have been taken down do to an audio copyright claim.
What I suggest you to do is erase whatever you have in your description and write a disclaimer, and also have video annotations saying that you do not own the clips or the audio in your video.
I'm putting annotations in a few of my videos every day.
I have gotten 16 of my videos taken down, some were really good. One of my best videos, "Becoming the Bull", was also taken down.
