A felon is on the loose close to us. What do I do?

1. Don't go out after dark.
2. Don't talk to strangers.
3. If you see any suspicious activity around your house. (Someone looking the window etc.) Tell your parents
4. Don't go into secluded places.
5. Don't answer unknown telephone calls.

keep your cool and follow what DragonFireOKN said I guesse. he/she is probably on the run so he/she might move to a diffrent location hopefully.

And Rule number one, trust your gut, if he looks dangerous most likly he is so steer clear and theres safety in numbers

in saying that, if he/she/it doesnt look dangerous, it may still be
also dont be all scared, be cautious sure, but there are always gonna be criminals, whether in your neighbourhood, your district or your town, depending on the crime they commit, and their mental state, you arent all that likely to be the victim
also if they know the cops are after them then they arent likely to take the time to kill you unless you give them reason, theyre most likely gonna wanna leave and fast

I think everyone has covered all of the bases. But quite frankly I think you should be cautious, sure, but its not much different to how you should act the rest of the time. Honestly, just because that person has been announced doesn't mean there aren't others around all of the time. I'm not trying to scare anyone, just the reality that we live in nowadays.
