he layed down in a small den and dozed off.....

when he awoke in the morning he went to the creek to get water and he noticed something....
he was now black and had red eyes! something had happened to him over night! he was dark kavik again...without the evilness in his heart.

A Puma, or Mountain Lion was near. Grown in a violent family, he was vicious. The Puma's claws outstretched and withdrew. He pounced, hitting the wolf ontop of Ika. He pinned the wolf as Ika made a run. The Mountain Lion made a call, unfamiliar to all but his comrade, a Serval.
Within seconds, the Serval came racing.
Speaking in an unknown language, The Mountain Lion ordered the Serval to do something as he ran off for Ika.
"Cuga Nuhagio Ginka!" It said to the Serval.

He made the call again and hissed. The Serval came running but stopped dead in it's tracks.
"Guh! (Stop!) I do not want to fight," he said with a slight accent.
Ika stopped and looked back. They both looked familiar. He did the same call and the Serval's ears popped up.
"Who else would know the call?" he thought.

The Serval walked over to Ika.
"Stop this... person."
Ika looked at the Serval.
"That voice," he thought. "I know it."
The Serval looked at Kain and bowed, "I am Taboo, I hail from Spring Forest."
Ika's eyes widened, "Spring Forest?" he thought. "Taboo?"
"Taboo!" he yelled out.
Taboo looked at him and got up.
"Yes, and your are?"
"Ika! I hail from.. Spring Forest!"
Taboo sniffed him as Ika hung upside down.
"Ika!" He looked at Kain.
"Could you umm... let him down?"
