My introduction.

Hi,
My name is Karen and I am new to the forum. I am 45 years old. Yes I know that is old compared to probably everyone else on this forum. But I am a dedicated Spyro fan and have all the Playstation Spyro games that have been released to date. Firstly I have to say that I really am enjoying the new Spyro trylogy The Legend of Spyro and love the more advanced game play features that have been incorporated into this series. I am looking forward to the release of last part of this trylogy and to the future, as I can't wait to see in what direction Sypro will go next.
Anyway, I have two brief questions that maybe someone can answer for me? Firstly, this being Spyro's tenth anniversary year, does anyone know if there has been anything special planned to commerate it? Or whether or not some special tenth anniversary memorabilia will be released? I would love to have a t shirt or a sweatshirt with Spyro on it. My other question is, is it true that there is to be Spyro movie being made? Now that would be great.

As y'can see, I'm TheManiacOnWheels, but you can just call me Maniac (The name's long, I know).
Firstly, who ever said there was an age limit to being a fan of a videogame? You're being 45 doesn't change a thing, so don't worry about that wink .
And for your questions, Sierra has hinted at there being something to make Spyro's anniversary stand out, but I don't know anything about the memoribilia.
As for the movie, it's real, but it's still in preproduction, and a date is currently unknown. It's also based on ANB.

TheManiacOnWheels pretty much answered all the questions, but the movie is actually covering the entire trilogy.
I actually haven't heard of anything that was going to celebrate Spyro's anniversary. So that's nice to know. smile

First let me say Welcome, I'm Thunder or Soul or I if you want just say 'Hey You Over There'.As you see we are a very friendly bunch mostly younger audience but we still control other range of people. As you Spyro movie, there is one coming out although I do not know when I think its 2009. As for your anniversary question, I do not think so, I know they remade Spyro because of the anniversary to get him out too the younger audience because the series was dieing and this ws a new leap for them. But you can make your own Spyro shirt if you got a printer, shirt and the program (from Office Depot). I think I covered most of it, if you have more questions I know a lot of people here can help.

Huh? From what plot info we've got so far, the current movie's only ANB.

I found a source talking about how the movie was going to be about the entire series and not just ANB. I posted it somewhere in the movie section.
