Re: Spyro The Dragon Collection!

Wow what I wouldnt do for Spyro 2 and 3. I used to have Spyro 2, but sold it years back. Now Im kicking myself in the butt for it. Stupid move.

Well im on the lookout for spyro related merchandise at the moment.

Which reminds me there was this one time when I saw a plush spyro the dragon doll in a vending machine where you have to grab it with the claw. You only had one attempt at it, and was 2 dollars per try. I seriously spent 30 dollars trying to get him before giving up, and havent seen it since.

Awesome. My copies of those games have different disc covers that are all grey. Like on my YotD copy it's a grey disc with Spyro on a skateboard on it.

Yeah, those are pretty cool. I think the "Greatest Hits" versions are the ones with the gray CD's. These must be earlier copies.

Re: Spyro The Dragon Collection!

These are the first edition, PAL copies of the game. After this they made the 'platinum' versions. The discs are silver and just display the game name, also on the front of the case and manual it states it is 'platinum'

From what I have heard the games play the same, just in Spyro two I think they got rid of some glitches, but not sure if that is true.
