M.U.G.E.N.
MUGEN. Too awesome to be true.
For those who don't know, MUGEN is a program which enables one to put ANY CHARACTER they want into a 2d fighting-game. It's a popular program, I tell you...
I myself have been MUGENizing for a while... yet the progress of my stages and music haven't progressed, and in total I only have a few characters, too... But hilariously enough, Jigglypuff owns every other character I have in my roster, well except Lucario because the AI I made specifically for Lucario was imbalanced in its right.
Hell no, no I didn't. I didn't just own Strider Hiryu 257 times using Jigglypuff. Loooooooool. Hah...! I wonder what would be Hiryu's reaction if he knew that he was pwned by a SMALL POKéMON... LOLZ.
Eventually, my goal for my MUGEN would be to make a Nintendo vs. Marvel vs. Capcom, but for now I have zilch ideas for putting in Nintendo characters.
Currently, I have:
-Blaziken
-Strider Hien
-Strider Hiryu
-Captain Commando
-Ruby Heart
-Jigglypuff
-Cable
-Felicia
-Gambit
-Lucario
And Lucario owns all of them >_> I swear that Lucario is imba...

Re: M.U.G.E.N.
You just download it. Then you download the characters, then you configure the system files...
It's a lot simpler than it looks like, actually. There are a lot of MUGEN basic operation tutorials out there. There are also a lot of MUGEN downloads.

Re: M.U.G.E.N.
You can find characters by simply searching on esnips.com . BUT, my Lucario is different than the one available -- my Lucario was based off the Type:Wild game, while the one on Esnips was a Renamon-cut out.
Jigglypuff owns, I swear.

Re: M.U.G.E.N.
Well, you download the program itself. Then, you make/download the characters you want.
In the vid I just posted, it shows a Pokémon vs. a Capcom character... which we all know wouldn't be really sensible now, won't it? But it's possible through MUGEN.
