Anyone play yugioh still

Not the anime, I mean the card game. I started playing it around the time it first came out in America and I've got to say I still quite enjoy playing it.

The anime is pretty lousy, not counting the abridged series which is pretty much hilarious.

Anyways, does anyone else still play? If so, what kind of cards do you have/use? I may post my deck later on.

i have a few hundred cards that i still use.

ive got a rare one, oh what is it....im going to go and search in the bottomless pit of my trading cards, mostly pokemon cards...

found it:

Exodia the Forbidden one

i need the other parts to make it effective, without them its just 1000 attack and defence. its not fake i got it out of a pack of real cards.

Wow, that's pretty cool.

You can buy full exodia sets online pretty cheap I think. Though they may be counterfeit.

at my primary school, we used to test if we had fake cards by seeing if we could peel the foil off the shiny ones. it didnt really work.]

i knew that they were real by the small watermark on the bottom of the card, and thats what my exodia has. i wasnt going to let the others peel the foil off that.

I still play the card game and watch the abridged series. The anime was cool when I was younger but not as much now....

I play in a lot of tourneys.

When I was younger, like when the game first came out, I would play at some tournaments at a local comic shop.

But I was really little and couldn't work out very good strategies, so normally I just ended up wasting the $5 entry fee and lost in the first round.

If I could find some nearby tournament host now, that'd be awesome.

I dont even know what ive got, and i dont want to go through the pile again, all of mine are mixed with pokemon and doctor who cards.

Ocean Dragon Lord is a really good card.

My favorite monster is probably either Barrel Dragon or Buster Blader, because even though some monsters are stronger, their effects make up for it.

But Reversal Quiz in conjunction with Big Eye is one of my favorite combos in a tight spot.

Wow. I used to play this game sooo much when I was about 11-12. I would play it at school (A LOT of people had the cards) and I would go to my friend's houses across the road and play Yu-gi-oh cards with them. We would all go to like one person's house and play on teams. Good times...

Most favorite cards in that card game Is Winged Dragon of the fortress #2, Baby Dragon.......to lazy to get Yu-Gi-Oh Tag Team 2...and other yu-gi-oh game...
