[sub]They're a feature that we've been talking about implementing since the beginning of the forum, but it's never gone anywhere. For now, they're nothing. [/sub]

Correct. From what I understand (when I was a mod and looking at the panel), you can buy various items using your gems. There was some items like "Sticky a Post" for 200 gems, useful for posting crap and sticking it to PO people forever!
I also think you can buy various account enhancements. Hmm...

[sub]No, you can't. You can't actually "buy" anything; the feature was never fully implemented.
I very much doubt you'll be able to buy back your PM privileges with gems. Don't waste your time. [/sub]

Re: What is items?
Account enhancements such as custom text under your username to replace "SpyroForum Member" for example.
No, I'm not thinking to buy back my PMs.

Re: What is items?
[sub]Ooh, I like that idea.
I don't think anything is going to happen with the items, though; it's been around since the beginning and it's never gone anywhere. In any case, we have Moneybags' Shop for "items". [/sub]

[sub]I can't say for sure, but like I said, I doubt it. I'll be very surprised if Spyrorocks decides to do something with the feature.[/sub]
