*Desar looks at Spyro with amazment, almost in a shock*

Frost: *smiles* Thank you Cynder. At least Blaze was mostly successful in his mission. He snuck off to the temple to try and destroy all of Spyro's DNA that they had taken, I believe. He must have destroyed most of it, but was caught by Sipher. Sipher apparently had one piece of Spyro's DNA that wasn't in the sample room, a vial of Spyro's haploid cells. I'm sure that once he wakes up again, he can tell us everything that happened.

Blaze: I... almost prevented them from reviving Malefor. I destroyed... most of the DNA they took from Spyro. But... while I was on my way out, Sipher almost caught me. I was able to fool him into thinking I was a member of the Remnants, until he saw my tail. He... has this liquid, that completely drains your magic temporarily, and melts your muscles, temporarily. He... still had a piece of Spyro's DNA... a vial of his haploid cells. I tried to destroy it, but... I was hit at the tip of my tail with an arrow that had that liquid. I used a last-ditch attempt at destroying it. While I still had... magic... I used a Fire Fury to try and shatter that vial. But... Sipher... shielded the vial with his body and... I was... taken prisoner.

Blaze: You don't understand. He... offered me an ultimatum. He... didn't want to be under the claw of another "purple whelp" as he put it. He offered... to destroy the vial... if I offered my life in return. He'd pin the blame on me, of course. I had a feeling he was bluffing, but I'm not so sure anymore. He'd kill two birds with one stone, remain in power, while the Resistance is demoralized. I didn't want to give him that pleasure.

Frost: Don't talk Blaze, just rest like Cynder said, you need it.

Blaze: *closes his eyes and falls asleep*

Frost: *sighs* He won't admit it, but he's also been depressed lately, what with the recent loss of our children.

Spyro: thats not true, listen.... when me and mommy decided to have you three (hehe, not really planned, but parents white lies) we agreed we would love you all, the way you came out.... if you stood yourself up.... we would clap.... but if you stood and fell, we would help you up... and then clap.... strength comes in the will to do.... and have hope to suceed in it.... that's why we named you that....

Hope: You're my dad, you're supposed to say stuff like that. Face it, I'll never amount to much of anything. I can't help the resistance much. All I'm good for is cooking and cleaning, and just about anyone can do that.
