Im just wondering what computer you guys use big_smile i use an Apple PowerBook G4 so tell me the computer you use and fins out what types of computer other people use

Main computer i use to play Guild Wars is a Dell....but most other things iv been useing my Sony Laptop for....Sadly the graphics card sint good enough to play guild wars same with the prossessor.

I don't exactly know what kind I'm using, I think it's a Biostar or something (says that at start up). I personally call it a "home made" computer because it uses a basic everyday tower (I think my grandpa said it's a small server tower since I got a big MB ), and it doesn't have anything pointing to Dells or anything.

My comp specs:

CPU: Celeron 2.5 ghz
RAM: 446 (dunno why, it's supposed to be 512, but I'm going to get an upgrade on this soon, hopefully)
Video: NVidia GeForce FX 5500
Hard Drives: 1 19gb, 1 38 gb, total of 57 gb.
OS: WinXP

Dell dimension E510

Pentium D, dual core processor, I think it's like 2Ghz or something
512 MB dual channel RAM
60-80 gig HD space, I can't remember, but everything works great on it

Are you talking about the operating system, or the actual hardware that you buy with the OS pre-installed?

I think Apple is pretty bad. Like it's a good computer and all, but the price for it is outrageous.

Because the graphics system reserves a part of the memory.

Apple hardware is from the same manufacturers as PC hardware, except apple decides to jack up the price.

I've got a HP Pavilion a1560n.
2.80 GHz, 1.99 GB of RAM.

Our other computer is a Sony Vaio. My dad uses it specifically for working.
I think it sucks. Way too slow.

I also use a Pentium 1 and a Pentium 3 for servers. On a Pentium 1 is a proxy server to scramble all my private data as it passes over someone's internet.

I have 2 computers, theyre both windows XP, one of them (which I'm currently using) is a compaq. My uncle built the other one, which I dont use any more, but was way better when it came to cooperating w/ my wacom tablet, but slow when it came to the internet and loading up photoshop (the fan was noisy however). The compaq is completely opposite, and I have to wait for my uncle to wipe out almost everything on my compaq so he can redo some stuff (something like that) and...fix my tablet problem.
