Uh, yeah? It's not as if only people with a licence can make or own an incubator, y'know. They're very easy to make - Just get a picture off tinternet and then apply the incubator details on it. Heck, you could just get the picture and just dump all the dragons and eggs and hatchlings on that without doing anything extra, if you wanted to. An incubator's just a posh way of showing off your scroll as opposed to just having a URL, so there's no limitations on what you do...aside from the obvious things, of course.

Most incubators take about an hour, tops - They're mostly one image with some lines and text added along with the dragons. Mine took about five hours, but mine has a total of 11 images, six resized and formatted to fit together as the main body, four with their original backgrounds removed to implement as backgrounds to the eggs and hatchlings, and one big pattern image to have as the pattern on said sections. It's a very top-tier incubator, in terms of editing processes.
