You can go to Photobucket or any other site that uploads photos. Once you upload it, right-click it and select "Properties". Highlight and copy all the text next to the "URL" word. Close the little window and come here. type [img]then the URL, then[/img].
So it would end up like this:
[img]URL[/img]Everyone knows I only eat Cynder fangirls.

For the signature you need the IMG tags which are essentially [ img ] [ / img ] (just without the spaces.
[img]Website Link To The Image[/img]For uploading pictures to a post use the Upload Picture Tag which is located above the post.
