It's not his fault that Fletch_Talon decided to act immature and had to resort to insults to support his arguments.

i wasnt aware that the truth was immature, i could have simply said

Doppel is acting immature and unintelligent and i feel he is unfit to be a mod

instead i chose to emphasise the fact by expanding upon it using sarcasm

Haha, he lost his temper. I win!

if winning is based on the other person losing their temper then i think youll find the score sitting somewhere along the lines of

fletch 5+
doppel 2

if it hadnt been for the thread being locked you mightve had a chance for a comeback, but with the way youd been playing i think youd be better off calling a time out and switching players, why dont you send in A Guy, he clearly thinks pretty highly of himself, and seems to enjoy inciting flame wars almost as much as you do (another quality a moderator really shouldnt be known for)

It might not be all that bad, try to get some sleep, drink water, and if it doesn't clear up in a day or two go see a doctor.

But chances are, you're making something small into something big, when my older sis was around 13 or so (I wasn't born yet) she said that she got such a big stomach pain that my mom thought she got appendisitis. (When they have to take out your appendix)

Either mature up and start making intelligent comments other than just jabbing at one another, or I'll lock this thread. This thread should be used constructively; don't knock it down into arguing.

Re: A lot of sad things been happening this forum...

It's interesting that in a thread called "A lot of sad things been happening this forum" a sad argument is happening within the thread itself.

IMO, making a thread that talks about how poor users are behaving socially is actually a magnet for more of this kind of behavior. It brings up grudges, reminders, etc.

Well, if we can cap the sad thoughts now, it will stop.

I suggest that this gets locked.

i didnt realise not having been on for a while, was visiting family and waiting for internet download limit to reset

and i agree with doppel (no really lol) the thread may as well be locked, it was goin alright until A Guy (assumedly upset that he didnt get a last word into the other thread before lock) decided to troll for retaliation, doppel backed him up and i defended myself, as is my right (in my belief, clearly not in yours cynderrules)

theres very little point to this thread, even before it was derailed, DFD's death was a hoax (which i guess is sad in itself) and the topic starter's intention was clearly to get sympathy due to them feeling sick, and yet the first person to put forward a suggestion was met with hostility

yes im sure the XD at the end of misa's post could be taken as sarcasm or whatever, it still doesnt make the advice any less valid

finally, A Guy your double standards amuse and infuriate me, so im sure youll carry on, Doppel, i hold no grudge against you as a person, but i stand by my statement that your replies were both immature and lacking in intelligent points

you have yet to admit any mistakes from what ive seen

and now how about you listen for once, or try and take a look at things from my point of view

i was following this thread with no intent to post here until i see a comment from A Guy questioning my actions in the now locked thread, now i know *bleep* well that you wouldnt let that go unanswered, not many people would, so i find it highly hypocritical that i am being judged for responding

A guy then responded to my post with more inciting words, and cynderrules claimed that i should be thrown in the same boat as the person who started argument because i felt the need to defend my position

and now according to you "there i go again", so apparently i should just lay down and roll over for you, however, and unfortunately for you, i dont like to let people like you and A Guy feel that you have won an argument when such an outcome couldnt be further from the truth

and reddragon, i agree, its sometimes great to be immature but if you want to argue a topic, then show your "opponent" the same respect they show you

I was pointing something out.  Just because you disagree with my point, it is no reason to accuse me of being a troll.

However, insulting someone's mental capabilities is clearly an attempt to troll.

finally, A Guy your double standards amuse and infuriate me, so im sure youll carry on, Doppel, i hold no grudge against you as a person, but i stand by my statement that your replies were both immature and lacking in intelligent points

Now what insulting have I done? Your attempts to accuse me of being a troll and calling our replies "immature" when you have been throwing around insults is the pot calling the kettle black.

i think water plants can help too, they can place oxygen into the water or something, looks nicer and wont keep you up at night

now A Guy
first, you were "pointing something out" because you knew it would incite argument that is more or less the definition of trolling, there was no other reason for you to "point something out"

second, my insults were aimed at doppels behaviour, if he wants to take offense to that i would advise him that his time would be better spent changing the way he was behaving, there is no arguing that doppel was acting immature, it is a fact plain and simple, i stated a fact, it was insulting to doppel, that his problem and within his ability to change

third and finally, my insults as you like to call them, were the direct result of your actions, i did not randomly shout out "your mum" or tell you that "ur gai" everything that was said was letting you know that i felt your behaviour was immature and ignorant, again i say, if you find that offensive then maybe you should work on your behaviour

so how about you call/message/whatever me when you have a leg to stand on, cuz right now youre trying to blame me for a fight you 2 started

Okay, as I don't like your argument, I reserve the right to call you immature and retarded. It's a result of you making said argument, so it's your fault.

Perfect logic roll

Within immature, there are two subcategories: acting silly and acting stupid. It's fine to be silly and goofy, but don't act stupid. That's all anyone can ask for.
