I wanna hook up my Wii to the internet, but Idk how much it'll cost.

You need a router to make a Wifi network.

Isn't it free? o_O I don't know, the Wii comes with Wi Fi capability no? I think there's a process in which you buy an adapter cable if you don't have a wireless internet connection, or if you do, just get it close enough to it.

The wii is wifi compatible, but you must have a wifi router in your house.

Yes, the Wii RECIEVES Wifi signals.

you need a router to TRANSMIT Wifi signals to the Wii in the first place.

Wifi IS your current home internet, but wireless.

If you already have a broadband internet connection, all you need is a router to go wireless.

As long as the cable from the modem to the computer is CAT5, it works.

You need to figure out the speed. If it is simply faster dial-up, you won't be able to play online.

You mean Vonage? If she said that, then you're getting DSL, we wanted to switch to that, but at the time we didn't have DSL and they said that we had to at least have that.

If you got verizon, you'll be able to get online but don't expect the quality to be great. It will be like a Youtube video.
