Soveld the problem
Ok, has anyone been through a glitch that when you submit a post, it doble posts? I know why it happens.
When you hit submit, be careful that you don't actcidentily click it two times. If it happens you can always deleet it with the X button. ![]()

Re: Soveld the problem
Kinda obvious that it will double post if you click it 2 times.

Yeah, it saves mods a lot of trouble of deleting the second post and bashing you for doing so. One click, please - we all know how computers work! ![]()

Re: Soveld the problem
Ž · It's a common glitch that looks like it's not our fault error; if you'll notice, if you click on Submit 2 CONSECUTIVE times (as in like a 0.5 second delay?), then the info sent to the server shouldn't process immediately unless you have internet that goes like 100MBPS!... or something. Well, I never had that problem since I can press Submit like 3 times and I only post once. BUT, when the page is in the Redirect process already and I hit back and submit it again, that's the only time I get a dupli post.

Re: Soveld the problem
Grrrrrarg! I hate when this happens! Accidental double posting is so annoying! You should copy and past this warning into new users' geustbooks. It would be very helpful.=)

Re: Soveld the problem
Uhh, don't post this in user's guestbooks. It is sorta common sense: 2 clicks = 2 posts.
Just use the little delete button to delete your post if it does happen.

For some reason, the delete button (little X, right?) sometimes isn't there after I post. Weird...

Re: Soveld the problem
Ž · The delete post button does not show up for posts that are not the latest reply. So if your post is not at the very bottom of the thread, you can't delete it.
