It was a frosty night. Hawkflower picked her way through the snow, making deep pawprints. She was alone, and very sick. She took one long, sorrowful gaze at the full moon, her green eyes shining. Soon enough, she spotted a cave.
"Finally!!" She screamed as she ran towards it, kicking up snow behind her.

Seth sat upon the boulder that looked out over the lake. The wind had died down, and the stars reflected off of the water. However, he did not notice that in the side of the rock was a cave.

Hawkflower carefully sniffed around the Cave before entering. There seemed to be no inhabitants. She walked inside and lied down, in pain and tired.

Seth swiveled his ears back, and thought he heard pawsteps close to the rock. He shook the snow that had planted itself in his fur, making him look almost all white. He listened again and heard a sigh of relief. Curious, he decided to investigate...

Gale walked along the snow covered forest. I'm tired... I should lay down before dawn. She saw a large boulder by a lake and decided to go and lay down beside it.

Seth noticed the cave for the first time, but before he could go in, he heard more pawsteps behind him. Is this a trap? These woods used to be so quiet. He turned around while kicking up snow, and started growling.

Gale picked up her ears. What is all that growling? She decided to figure out what was happening; if there was a fight or someone was being threatened.

Hawkflower's ears pricked. "Whats that outside?" She thought. Looking at her belly, she summed up her strength and let out a weak but threatening growl.

Seth's growling subsided a bit, but the fur on the back of his neck was still raised. He was about to go inside the cave again when he suddenly saw a bright white light. Seth saw the outline of a cat, but he could barely make it out. Another vision? What's this about? Who are these cats? The last thing he saw was another cat with large ears, and then his eyesight was back to normal.

Gale: The growling got quieter. What's happening? She stopped behind a rock that overlooked the cave and saw a cat standing at the entrence. Who could that be? Then she squinted at the light in the cave. Another cat!

Seth saw a shadow cast over him. He started growling again, but then realized that it was another cat! "Who are you, and what do you want?"

Hawkflower continued to growl. "I said leave! Dont...dont come any closer!!" She once again tried to stand up, but fell, yowling in pain.

Seth took two tiny pawsteps closer and said, "You need help. What's wrong? Did you get attacked?" Seth could smell a little bit of sickness on the she-cat.

"Im..Im Hawkflower, a bobcat. And, I..I think I have a fever, my front paws are very sore. I have been wandering around, looking for a place to call home. My family, most of my kind were killed by Twolegs(referance to Warriors)." She said as she painfully made herelf sit up.
