I'm detecting some negative vibes
Hey all,
I seem to be detecting some negative vibes here (Mostly against me for some reason). Is everything alright with everyone?
If you have something to say, or have some questions for me, post here and we can clear anything up that might be troubling you. I'm always up for a little Q/A.

Re: I'm detecting some negative vibes
I'll PM you on one issue. Mostly it's not you. When something goes wrong, the first person people blame is the leader. (Remember hurricane Katrina? Everyone blamed Bush when he didn't really have anything to do with it.) It's not really you, you're just the target.

Re: I'm detecting some negative vibes
I have my reasons why...real reasons...I don't think I'd blame a leader just for nature's ways.

Re: I'm detecting some negative vibes
I don't see any reason to be angry with you.
I think you are just a little bit pressured. Take a little time off. It's not like another revolution will spring up from nowhere!
(What is bothering you anyway? Did I do something you did not like? Did we do something you don't like? Is it that the operating costs are going a bit over the top? Any way I can help? Is there anything we can do to help?)

[sub]He's actually very busy at the moment, or so I hear. It would behoove all of you not to cause him any more stress. ![]()
By the way, Spyrorocks, I like the idea of this thread. Hopefully it should work out some of the, er, disagreements. *nods in approval*[/sub]

Re: I'm detecting some negative vibes
Unrelated but...
For some reason maybe SR is nervous about me.
Well, if so, let me reassure you that I am not angry about getting demodded. Because I do trust your leadership AND if I am angry about being demodded then (I think) I just have proven myself unfit/inappropriate for the position.
Just had to say it...
(There goes my English-course-failing run on sentences....)
EDIT: I'll throw these words as a bonus:
There is a reason for everything. Nothing happens without reason.

When were you demodded? I'd like to ask why as well, but I'll stray away from that.

Do you have an email address?
Well, I was demodded because my help isn't that needed anymore.

The only reason that people would ever start to dislike or even resent you is if you done something silly (which for the sake of the members that don't remember or don't even know I will explain).
About a year ago some issues were brought up about spyrorocks being a "poor admin" which I'm not going to deny because at the time he insulted members for breaking the rules etc. I was a moderator at this time which I was happy about but I caused a bit of trouble with a few other members here at Spyroforum (which I will not mention unless they wish to themselves.
A rebellion was formed and a rival forum created which has now died and has no posts no new members so I'm not advertising it as I am planning on closing it up very soon. Soon after the rebellion Lone Knight spoke to me and asked me to explain the situation with spyrorocks (and I did).
Many terms were thrown around all of them were accepted and only one of them broken which I won't explain for several reasons.
Anyway my point is Spyrorocks you are a great admin now so all the past stuff was left in the past so you shouldn't have to worry about these things ![]()

Re: I'm detecting some negative vibes
That's like only a fraction of the story
the rest I probably wont bring up unless on request and spyrorocks gives permission.
And for the record me and spyrorocks have quite the history

[sub]Right, but this is about current stuff, not our past.
Quite honestly, I'd rather just forget that any of that ever happened.[/sub]

Lets let that stuff die now. It doesn't really concern anyone else, nor is it anyone else's business.

[sub]I certainly hope not. It's between us and should have stayed that way to begin with.
Now let's get back to using this thread to what it's supposed to be for. Sorry for the interruptions. [/sub]

Re: I'm detecting some negative vibes
The topic I discussed is no longer an issue I was only making a point with it.
If you wish to know the story then find someone willing to explain it all.
I'm not being harsh about it, I made many mistakes during this and I don't really like to keep bringing it up it's in the past and that is where it will be staying

[sub]Thank you, DanteAndVergil. ^__^
You have heard my side, Doppel, which I mistakingly revealed to you in my distress. I regret having ever brought it up in the first place; that was a mistake on my part, and to the people who were involved and are now getting bombarded with questions, you can blame me for resurfacing it. I assumed everyone knew already and thought it wouldn't be an issue.
If you want a different side of the story than mine, Doppel, I suggest you talk to LoneKnight, who will no doubt be glad to give you a summary.[/sub]

[sub]Don't worry about it.
To be honest, I'm still not fully over what happened, and it's entirely my fault for bringing it up in the first place. My bad. x3[/sub]

Re: I'm detecting some negative vibes
Also you could blame me for the most part of this past topic. I regret a hell of a lot of this and if I could turn back the time to it then a lot would change.... what am I thinking? JUST STOP ASKING PLEASE.
Sorry but this is a subject best left alone.

Re: I'm detecting some negative vibes
[sub]The thing is, we've heard of some issues with other members. We'd all really like them resolved as soon as possible before they get out of hand, for the good of everyone here.
Yes, he's a great admin, but that doesn't mean there can't be problems every now and then. ^__^ Now, people, let's get back to using this thread for what it's for: present issues.
