It refers to the white box where you type the url/link/address of where you want to go. Right now it should have this address: http://www.spyroforum.com/topic-5563-he … badly.html
She doesn't mean copy the address bar into the text area but what's in it. There are also shortcuts to copy and paste urls without using the address bar.
