What's wrong with my computer?

This has only started recently. Sometimes, when I'm using my computer, it'll freeze up for a few seconds, bring up a blue screen for half a second, then restart. The blue screen disappears quickly-I've only been able to catch the words "physical memory". However, I'm sure I'm not overexerting my computer.

Help?

Re: What's wrong with my computer?

Don't take it to circuit city, or bestbuy. They will scam you.

Maybe bad ram?

Possibly... I was thinking of getting some new RAM for my computer.

Re: What's wrong with my computer?

Actually, it could possibly be overheating.

Heres what I do: I open up my PC and use a vacuum to suck out all the dust from the fans every few months.

It is called BSoD. Blue Screen of Doom.

SR is right. Vacuum out your PC's cooling fans.

I believe it's called "Blue Screen of Death". However, when I've had this issue in the past, it was on startup, and my computer couldn't do anything.

I'll vacuum out my computer. Later.

Re: What's wrong with my computer?

It could also be caused by the cooling system coming loose.

I had a tower PC that I packed on a trip from Antipolo to Cubao. The HSF came loose and I was getting random BSOD errors. I have to open it out and get the clips back in place.
