help me please!!

i dont understand. people use links  in there sigs and stuf, yeah? well, lets take themaniaconwheels for example. TMOW has posted links to here pics and gotten to choose the name of the link. how????dopel has done the same for his sig. YOUTUBE, DEvART, you know? help! how u do this!!??

1. I'm going to type...

2. Then paste the link

3. Then complete the tag.

4. Then type in the text...

5. Then close the tag.

[url=http://ln2.us/f540ad]DevART[/url]

It would then be this:
