Ž · Unless there's a function here that lets you post a Flash applet onto the post, it will not yet be possible. YouTube uses Flash to get the player up, and they just get the video from the file database and play it unto the flash screen. So that's another complication: not all Flash applets are the same, and Flash screens are programmed specifically so... heh.

You will see a box that says URL beside the video when you are watching it. Just copy what is in the box and post it. Hope this helps!
