Fishy Rescue

NOTE: This happened four weeks ago. I was just bored so I'm going to share this. smile

There was this "deck of doom" that had goldfish in it. It is presumed all goldfish were dead.

Poor Goldfish.

What we didn't know that there was still goldfish in the pool! The water was drained. When me and ten other people as "demolition team" started taking apart the deck, we found a lot of surviving fishes!

Out of instinct or something in my mind, I ran to the library and took out my (empty) water bottle. I ran to the washroom and filled the bottle up.
I ran to the deck and in front of the whole team and all the teachers, I caught the fishes one by one in the deck and put them in the bottle.

I can hear them say thanks! XD

No time! I must run to the office! They have a fish tank there!!!

And I took a video of them being set into the tank. I'm uploading it to YT... Hold on... smile

EDIT: Video is LIVE!

Me too. I mean, we thought no fish will live.

Re: Fishy Rescue

How long did it take to get all the surviving ones out?

Re: Fishy Rescue

They sat in the dirty water for the whole day. Then we drained away the water and all the fish were horrendously clustered in a small puddle of water. It took me two minutes to grab the fishes and put them in the bottle.

But 17 of them are happy in the fishtank. smile

Re: Fishy Rescue

Well, i have these two ponds outside my house and when someone wants goldfish, its my job to fish them out with a net. takes my hours, speedy little things.
once my dad drain a pond, but we couldnt get all the fish out, we found that they were in the mud in the bottom. we got em all then.

Heh, It's hard to catch the fishes. And I don't have a net. I grabbed them using my bare hands. big_smile

Re: Fishy Rescue

It wasnt just goldfish, we also have koi carps. they're big but so hard to catch, very oily.

i dont use the net that much, i use a bucket and string. musn't fall in, not only is one of the ponds 2 metres deep, there's leaches..i dont like leaches..
