Yeah. She wouldn't turn evil again. She'd would have to be at the mountain of Malefor to be evil again. Which WON'T happen ANYTIME. wink

I dont know, it just doe not seem like it wouldmake much sence.... first of all gameplay-wise.... so what, you cant two player that part because the second char is evil? hmm and second, i dont know, i think they've already ran that idea through to much.... personally

No he can't. Can't you SEE the cinematec where Cynder was CORRUPTED by the PURPLE BEAM? He can't do it again cuz he has no connection to the beams powers. And its not necessary to get her evil again. And NO he CAN'T Corrupt her because Cynder was hit by Spyro's attacks in the first game which makes her normal through the series.

Did you not notice the scene when Spyro meets the Chronicler? He tells Spyro Cynder's story and in one part she was small but they chained her and when they did it showed her turning into her larger, evil form. There was no "Purple Beam" in the scene. And also, when Cynder saves Spyro from that purple beam at the end of TEN, she touches it but nothing happens to Her.

Yes, there was a purple beam. I'd like to know what you think it is, though. How can you say that the Dark Master has no connection to its power? The way I understood the cutscenes, Malefor created the Well of Souls.

To me, it seemed clear that Cynder was corrupted by the Dark Master, directly or indirectly. I believe that purple beam is his power. What else could it be?

Thats what I was saying. The purple beam was his power. It was meant to turn Cynder back into her slave form.

....Why does everyone hate the idea of her turning evil again? I think that it would be an awesome plot twist for single player only, since I have no idea who could take over the 2ns player thing.

She won't turn evil. And its NOT an awesome plot twist. Its NOT single player only because its co-op on the game. -_-

Y'know, that actually wouldn't be a bad twist. Just for a short time, but as a boss battle. Either you'd fight Evil Cynder or Dark Spyro, depending on who you play as more. The 2p slot would either be unused or given control of another chara, like Hunter or someone. That would be good.

We don't know that yet. For all we know, it could have something like that. Personally, I wouldn't mind playing as Hunter.

You probably can't play as hunter in this game. The designers are different then the last game makers. Lets drop this and move onto the lighter and more bright side... tongue

You are treating your personal opinions as fact. Like Rurik said, we don't know yet. Cynder could be corrupted again and Hunter could have a brief playable part. Perhaps it's unlikely, but you can't say that it won't happen at this point. (And "it's not awesome" is entirely subjective.)

Personally, while I think it's unlikely, I think it could be interesting and I wouldn't mind seeing it.

I don't hate the idea, I love it! I want it to happen. Yeah, it'd be an awesome plot twist, and you'd get to go through some parts without Cynder trailing around after you.
