I have heard a lot of complaints lately, (Myself Included), about how this forum has annoying people and that it isn't run well.

(I am not sucking up here either.)

The Moderation of this forum is incredible, you guys make it fun but keep it organized at the same time. At my old forum, if you posted something off topic or if you posted a topic that had already been discussed in the last month, you were flamed BY THE ADMINISTRATOR, and laughed at.

I just wanted to let you know how lucky you are.

There's no need for comparison. WHat suits one best is what suits one best.

The reason maybe why people complain sometimes about this forum is because that's the way they look at it. You thought SF was this an organized a community ever since? Of course not, this forum also had its downs. In the late of year 2006 and early 2007, you just don't know how catastrophic this forum was. I swear.

If the Admin keeps flaming, then all members will be gone. That forum of yours is a bad forum. Plus (you sent me a PM, remember?) the forum is utter crap. (No offense) It contains vacation planning and nothing else. Not really a good thing to stay on...

EDIT: Zekira, define catastrophic.

There was once a time in this forum where members and administration were arguing in such a way that a rebellion was even formed. I don't want to go in to details.

To Zekira, I also have been on the forum since the beginning of 2006. I have a very good idea what went on, but it still was a good place to be. Don't lecture me on things I went through too.

To Doppel, it used to be good, until they changed and new moderators were introduced. I just don't want the same thing to happen here.

Yes, I JOINED in 2007. I wasn't allowed to to join any forums until I was Fourteen. My cousin was bullied online and my parents wouldn't allow me to join sites because they were afraid the same thing would happen to me. I have been watching this forum since June of 2006. I couldn't post but I could watch the forum.

I remember that incident VERY vividly. Don't bring it up.

yeah, this forum is very nice, i'm happy that MOST OF THE TIME, Spyrorocks lets us solve argument by ourselves (an exception being my TEN review thread). But i dont like strict forums.

I try to let you guys solve your own problems by yourself, but if things start getting out of control I need to intervene for the good and sanity of us all wink

I think its best to allow people to solve their own problems. It helps them deal with issues in the future so no hand holding will be necessary.

oooooo yea I remember the great rebellion of 07 it wasent as bad as you make it seem it was just one member who dident like the administration so he made a website intending to bring this one down it backfired and said member has been forgiven

but anyway this forum is very well run and I am glad to be a part of it theres only 2 things wrong about this place that I can see

1.the head guys of this site arent as interactive as they used to be but I can understand that seeing as how this place is getting buiser

2. there are a phew um lets say over emotianul members of this site

well anyway I hope the SF keeps on going intil the internet becomes obsuleet and beyond!
