Howls Moving Castle

Has anyone seen this film? I think its ace! I like the bit where Howls hair goes ginger and he has a tantrum.

Heck yes I saw it! I love Studio Ghibli movies! People might think it's kinda nerdy, but I think Howl it hott. I like the part where he and sophie are in the meadow, running from the battleship and he grows wings. And the part where he stops the bomb from destroying the house and killing Sophie. That was awesome!

Have you seen any other Studio Ghibli movies?

i have seen some of it.....what is that other movie where that boy turned to a Wolf/Dragon mix? (from what i know)

That's Spirited Away. That one is so beautifully animated! Haku is the boy/dragon. He's awesome XD !

That would be Princess Mononoke. That is probably my most favorite of favorites! I really like Ashitaka, he's so awesome! it's a bit of a gory movie though.

Studio Ghibli is one of my favorite movie makers - all the directors there are amazing and no one else is quite like them. Miyazaki is my favorite but Takahata is excellent, too. I can't wait to see Miyazaki's next film: "Ponyo on a Cliff by the Sea".

His son, Goro, directed a movie that heavily involved dragons - "Tales from Earthsea". It's supposedly sub par to anything Miyazaki senior has done.

Howl's Moving Castle is my favorite Miyazaki film. It's also on my top 5 favorite films of all time.

Read the Howl's Moving Castle book series, it's a trilogy. It's quite different from the film.

I've been dying to Tales of Earthsea! Youtube had it, but then it was deleted.

I agree; the Howl books are way different from the movie. but I still love both. I think it would be awesome if Miyazaki did Castle in the Air. **squeee!**

Howl's Moving Castle...Oh yeah, I've seen that. It's pretty good. I'm not fond of love stories though, and this had a lot of it.
