Chillax my bretheren. If you get past the base and all of Spyro's Awesomeness, it is JUST A GAME. I know, I know. But before you start pointing your guns at me :dead hobo: ... just think about all the unnecessary stress you're putting yourselves through.

argh!Ratchet..can you stop!!I can't believe you're STILL doin this!I love the new one..there I said it!What now!The new Spyro kicks @$$!And what's better..it was more of a feeling of people wanting to be more like a dragon(to me this is what I think)I mean come on!The magic,the dragon atrs...the romance(if it feels like it)I love it!And now I have more competition!

Unfortunately, that's how most platforming Playstation 1 games are. The PS2 brought up the gaming expectations.

Spyro has grown up already. ACCEPT IT!

I'm not following you correctly, my brain isn't working right. I thought Spyro was still young because this is a reboot of the series?

Precisely MetalHead. There's also the fact that Spyro has physically aged in TLoS: DotD. I believe he's 15 now, not entirely sure though.

ratchet... your TLoS bashing is working on my last nerves. You're one short step away from my hate list, and it's VERY hard to get on there!

Arghhh, Arn't i Entitled to have my own opinion, i just dont find TLOS as good as the originals ok, and i rather the original characters. After all, TLOS practically DID kill off the old characters itself with its reboot, exvcept we didn't see them die.

I dont mind spyro growing up, i like that. I could see the gradual age change in the originals, i always wondered what he would look like on the PS2, gee ETD was a disapointment. Owell, just thought i would throw that in.

Who's doing the bashing now? Look, i liked the characters in Old Spyro and i was distraught when i played ETD, and i got really furious when i first saw ANB spyro and heard all these things about ANB. i've calmed down now but i am still looking out for an "old spyro" game, but i buy the new ones just to check them out. Just leave me alone, my post was MY opinion, if you cant handle it, well then too bad.

NOW we are going over the top. i said NOTHING about the gameplay in this thread, i only said that i would kill off all of the TLOS characters and replace them with old ones. But replying to the actual post, ANB was easy, VERY EASY, finished it in 3 hours first time, i could probably finish it in about 1-2 hours if i really practised. TEN was hard, and alot of people thought it was very hard, especially for a kids game.probably if i sat down and had a good go at it i would finish it, i've done that with alot of games, and i WILL finish it one day. As for the games i play being easy? Probably, i'm not a hardcore gamer, but i dont mind a hard game. TEN frustrates me, and thats what seperates TEN from the hard games i like, TEN gives me a headache which i cant help. please dont flame me for saying that, its only my opinion.

Wait, are you talking about the original Spyro or TLOS Spyro?

Oh and about the aging thing, i think insomniac were trying to age Spyro slowly, and we all know Dragons age much slower than any other species. Ofcource it would have been nice to see an older original spyro, and i still want to, shame ETD and AHT didn't show me. owell, thats all.

I'd kill off...Ember, Mole-Yair, Scratch and Sniff, and all the dragon elders from AHT. There's more, but I really can't be bothered writing them down.
