oooh! I want it because I know it HAS to take an extremely long time to make those and I am a big fan of Dark Spyro. Plus, animated banners are really cool. I tried to get one from somebody else, but I never got it.

Yes! It looks really cool! It must have taken you a long time to make, animated banners are tough work. Finding the video file and cropping it must have also been a pain in the neck. Overall, a great banner! 8D

well,
honestly, animated banners are the most incredible (including this one) because it obviously shows that somebody had the time, patience, and talent to put forth their talents in order to show the things that are important to them.

Doppel, this is really something else, cause not only is it catchy and entertaining, it is simply simplicity at its most awesome-est.

(not to be suck up-ish, i'm pretty impressed)

Plain videos converted to GIFs won't work. You have to encode them in a way (XviD @ 20 Kbps) so that they won't lag or take too long to load.

That clip used to weigh 5 MB. It was compressed to 0.8 MB for a quick load time. Plus, the unnecessary parts were cropped out.
