First get a really strong Pokemon that knows sand-attack and a paralyzing move (go to the move tutor with heart scale from the underground, if not then you can just switch the Pokemon around until Heatran is paralyzed and can barely hit you) then go to Heatran and save the game in front of it before battling it. Let out the sand-attack Pokemon first and use it on Heatran. Then battle it down to red HP, finally paralyze it. After that just keep using Ultra balls or dusk balls on it, you should buy LOADS. If it faints because it used Struggle after running out of moves then just turn the game on and off again. Hope this helps!
