how do I get speacial privelege's I don't know how and it's realy annoying me so much I could just explode :explode:

All users are allowed the same rights as any other. If you want access to a group then you have to send a Private Message to the site administrator Spyrorocks. He will add you to the special group in which you want to join.

You can do that, or click on the Usergroups link at the top of the page, choose the group you wish to join, and click join group to ask from there.
