The Legend of Cynder

What if they made a game called The Legend of Cynder? From the day she was born, becoming the Dark Master's pawn in her 12-year rule of the islands, to the end of TEN when she and Spyro were in the depths of the Well of Souls. It would be interesting to know a lot more about her past and what happend to her in TEN when she left the temple and when she was a prisoner to Gaul.

You can play as Dark Cynder when she's under the control of the Dark Master, terrorizing the inhabitants, capturing the Guardians, and flying through the skies to her destination, and play little Cynder when she leaves the Dragon Temple.

OMG you so took my idea from ages back XD just kidding, good to see i wasnt the only one who thought about it XD. But i would like to see it happen to be honest, see the darker side of dragons that we havnt seen before in spyro.

I'd love a game about Cynder. They'll probably do more stuff with her in the future.
She has a massive fanbase.

Maybe when you're playing as Dark Cynder, you can fly anytime, terrorize the islands, and use powers like Shadow Fire, Fear, Poison, Wind, and Shadow.

Well, Cynder did terrorize the land for 12 years while under the Dark Master's control until Spyro appeared and defeated her. And in TEN, you can play as Little Cynder when you leave the temple, like venture through the Swamp and Ancient Grove until Cynder gets captured by the Pirates, and maybe you can wander the halls of the Well of Souls when she gets captured by Gaul.

How would you control Dark Cynder when Spyro & Cynder didn't even control well in DotD? This is especially important considering Cynder's size as an adult. And how would the camera angle be able to adjust to accommodate her size?

I doubt they'll make Dark Cynder that big to fit the entire screen. They'll probably shrink her down a little to nearly fit the screen halfway, but make the environment a smaller since she's an adult, you know where I'm getting at?

all we need is cynder to have a Beam weapon and woot a giant monster that can fight godzilla

I doubt they'll make it like Godzilla. Dark Cynder's a little too calculating and not too destructive as Godzilla.

Dark Cynder would look like her ANB design if they did the game by Etranges Libellules, the graphics of the devastated world would be the environment. And maybe before her corruption to Malefor, we would see the backstory after Cynder's egg was taken.

DotD has Cynder shown throughout the whole game, and she was with Spyro all the time.

Which is why Aura said it should only be up to TEN as during TEN and DOTD they were stuck in crystal. What about a game with the dark master coming back after spyro and cynder were stuck in the crystal and you play as the gauardians fighting Malefor's armies or Hunter finding Spyro and Cynder. Just some ideas really.

I don't think so, it wouldn't make sense. Cynder left the Dragon Temple and traveled through parts of the land to find her place where she belongs, then gets captured by Pirates and is held there until she encounters Spyro again in the Arena and gets captured. Afterwards, she is brought before Gaul and is probably held prisoner, but tries to escape by making her way through the Well of Souls, but is captured again. Then afterwards, the story ends when Spyro appears when he finally encounters Gaul.

That makes more sense. But copying the entire storyline from another storyline from the other side, AFTER the series has ended, well, it seems silly to say the least.

It has a certain appeal as a concept though. If they can come up with a follow-up story, perhaps they could have a Cynder mode and a Spyro mode. We could even have a coma level, where Cynder has to fight her own guilt and such. An echo of silent hill.
