My younger sister told me about this, and it really weirded me out.

Remember the tune "Land Of Confusion" by Phil Collins?
Serious song, but the music video was hilarious, thanks to the British "Spittin' Image" puppets.

I really don't like Disturbed.

I CANNOT stand any singers, aka whiners, or bands, aka posers, from Disney Channel.

I also can't stand Linkin Park or Within Temptation.

I could go on all day about certain artists but I'd rather wait until there's someone that agrees.

I'm kidding! wink Her Dad is the same country singer who made that brainless "Achy Breaky Heart" song, which I hate, and it's obvious Miley Cyrus is as lousy as her Dad.

But being as old as I am, most bands I know of are now called "classic rock."

And some "classic rock" really stank.

Before all the little TLoS fans start screaming at me about how Within Temptation did the "themes" to TLoS series, I want you all to know that I don't see how you can stand the voice that goes all high and makes me want to scream and hit things whenever I hear one of their songs (If you can call them songs).

Its about a movie about the BOPE (kind of our swat, but specialized at invading slums). The song is cool, but when the movie was released about 1 year ago, this song was played everywhere and was also getting me crazy!!!!

The pretty much ONLY Linkin Park song I like is "Numb". It is alright. *shrug*
And I like Rebecca Kneubuhl who desighed and sung the credit song in the TLoS series, like: Guide you Home, This Broken Soul and whatever the heck was in ANB. xp

I like Metro station, but I'm not crazed over them. I liked Katy until everyone got all crazy over her, and I especially hate her song "Hot N Cold".

I dont like new Rock/Alternative these days, such as Disturbed, Fallout Boy, etc.

I dont like Techno/Electronic/whatevas of this age. I will however listen to some from early-mid 90's (Juno Reactor)

I dont like Rap (aka Crap)/Hip Hop period.

I dont like screaming, bands who dress strangely, lyrics are incomprehensible.

I especially dont like "Remixes" of songs.
