Spyros colours?

Hello, I wonder what all you fans of spyro think. What are the coolest best "good" hero colours. You see I'm trying to make my own 3D game. And the main character is supposed to be kind like spyro...but instead of a dragon he is going to be a t rex RAAWR!!

But I have some problems with the colours of the charcter, he is supposed to be good. Therfore I want a calm hero colour, not red or black for example...those are evil colours...right now he is green. But I don't really like it. What do you think, maybe blue??

Well alot of heroes do have red on them or red in their clothes and black also. Take Mario and Cynder for example. Well green or blue or two awasome colours. I say go for it you could mix him with purple kind of like a tribute to Spyro.

I think blue is a good idea, it's in most cases an unnatural color and will make your T rex be pretty different from other T rex' and easily recognized.

I tried to change the color on your picture and it ended up like this:

If it's going to be blue, I suggest you make the texture and the skin pattern difference in another way, as it doesn't look too good.

I want the colours to be not so fantasy like...more like what a dinosaur would look like. Blue is associated with the ocean, calmness and stuff...Almost the entire game you will run around on land. So I don't think blue is the best colour...green is nature, it could suit him. Purple is Psycho colour, it's associated with fantasy and psychotic stuff...orange maybe? Like crash bandicoot...but he is not crazy...hmm...maybe green...I DON'T KNOW tongue

I made the model...I can do whatever I want with it. How many colours and patterns....but I think 2 would be enough. One for the stomach and one for the rest...

Btw I'm kinda bored, is there anyone who wants a model? I can make a model like this in 15 min...

Here is a quick recolour....two different colours really improve the character...the blue yellow looks kinda good...but maybe there are other combinations hmmm (:)

Whatever you decide it's your choice. But I thought Tony Stark's Iron Man suit was red, gold and white on the eyes.

Anyone got a name for him, right now the team just calls him T rex kid... :*bleep*in: We need something solid cool that suits him, something like Spyro but..t rex. So like "name" the T rex...:D

EDIT: On all the forums I have been to, I have never got such a awesome response....you guys got some great ideas...if you got any ideas what the game could be about or some level design etc...you can share your thoughts....we are working on a story...:p
