More movies, or only one?

Will the first movie that comes out be about ANB or the whole LOS trilogy? spyro

I think i would prefer it to be 3 movies. not just 1 bunched up together.
Futhermore, i think that making 3 movies, will make us WAIT MORE! so atleast we can grab on to our hats and wait anxiously for the next movie to come out!

I think there will one movie for each game and maybe they will be carrying the story on with another film (Because Dawn of the dragon was a cliffhanger)

I agree that they will be making three movies instead of just one.

I reda on another site, that the movie will be based off of the first game.

Yeah the summary for the first movie is completely based upon the first game of the series. So I think it is a really good bet that they are gonna make three different movies.

If they don't then it's not gonna be a really good move in my mind lol....but that's just me.

Yeah there should be three movies since it's following the storyline of Tlos. So this one will be about Spyro's birth the training with the guardians and his first metting with Ignitus to the battle with Cynder. Then the next should be about when he has to prevent the eternal night and face the dreaded ape king Gaul. Then he and Cynder team up in the final one to defeat Malefor himself once and for all.

That's def how it should be. If they do it that way...I wonder if they would wait to develop anymore Spyro games until after the movies have been released....that and the continuation of the films will prolly depend on how the movie is received....at least that's what I think.

The whole 3 movies thing seems like a stretch when they don't know how well the first one will be received. The first one might get no attention, then the other two would never be made. If nothing else, it'd be horrible for fans.

I have a bad feeling that this movie will fail, no matter how many movies they make. Video game bases movies have never been good. Leave spyro as it is.

Well I don't know about the theater release...I'm thinking that it would be much better as a DTV or Direct to DVD whatever....I personally don't think it will do that well either...but little late to change their minds...they will try to cater to the LOS fans and any preteens or early teens out there...

Sounds like that LoTR issue that Peter Jackson had when trying to get a contract for the three movies, most he went to told him to just cram all the good stuff into one. p:

Three movies, I agree, would definitely be better than one. That one better be good though, at least interesting to keep an audience awake, because in my opinion LOS (game) didn't have that great of a storyline (or at least how they presented it, anyway). Would also be good for the fans to wait for. C:

The story wasn't bad at all...but you are right..they way they did present such things was rather different...and the poor quality in gameplay didn't bode well for keeping things moving....but overall I liked the story.

I can only hope that they stay rather true in the upcoming film..

I'm looking forward to it. I thought it was pretty funny that just when I started playing the original game, I see a trailer on tv for the movie.

Now I just need to play the other ones to know what everyone else is talking about.

I guess that just depends....if the movies do somewhat well....and then they make more games...then they will prolly come out with more movies. We will just have to wait and see.

If there's a movie for ANB, shouldn't there be a movie for TEN and DotD?

The subject is still in debate....but from what I hear the movie is going to be revolved around ANB...so it would make sense for them to also make ones based on TEN and DotD....but others think that this movie will be a large combination of all three...which I can't see happening. So depending on how the first one does....perhaps it will incline them to create the other two afterwards.

I really hope they do 3 movies. Well it wouldn't be too bad if you stopped at A New Beginning because it's got a good ending! I'm sure everyone would love it.
