Future Spyro Games...?

I think they should have MULTIPLAYER on like Xboxlive, and PSN, and WII.
Cause i think beating the game over and over again is quite boring after some time...
Atleast Multiplayer can be differant everytime..?
I guess multiplayer as in, Defeating bosses with a party, PvP, *i think its gonna get a bit disasterous* still, just... whatever they could think of.
so Spyro doesnt DIE if they stop making the Games.

They should create Co-op or an MMO for the original games. Simply You could go into a level with your friend, then choose to race them to get the most gems or verse them in a minigame. It would be awesome to race your friend in A Speedway or to beat him in ice Hockey.

ive got to admit, i was never a fan of the speedways... mostly cuz i sucked at them, badly, but that doesnt make it a bad idea, in saying that id like to see a new old version spyro game made specifically with multiplayer in mind, you could get a gang together and choose to play as any of the playable characters

hey, a spyro rpg, id prefer to see the original style games but if they decided to do spinoffs with it, then an rpg would be awesome, bentley as a warrior/tank, sgt byrd would be ranged attack class as would agent 9, sparx could be like the cleric/healer somehow, spyro of course would be an all rounder type

they did it with sonic on the DS, why not spyro?

Well, I think it'll be cool if there was a new Spyro game called the legend of Spyro race against time or a fire breathing epic or maybe the four sister or the best dragon night! spyro

Yeah? What would that game be like?
Fletch: Maybe they could have a leaderboard for each minigame and a full scoreboard.
You could have a choice to play the level by yourself, Play the level with a stranger, Play him in a capture the flag game, Play "get the most gems" or just play co-op whole game with him. It would be a hassle to make, but with the technology these days, it could work.

I think with the race against time it'll be fighting bad guys before Malefor destroys the world or something. Fire breathing epic could be: Malefor takes the guardians away, so Spyro & Cynder have to save them. PS: I read Deltora Quest, i loved Each book, except i havn't read the very last one of the third series, i gotta do that sometime!

I know SPYRO!! is reading the last book in D.Q 3 because she's my friend.
She can't come on because she is banned. So she said it could be on al the game consoles that dotd is on. spyro
I miss her. :'(

Actually I always thought a Spyro online or MMO-type of thing would consist of you making your own dragon character, and their abilities and stuff will depend on their homeworld. IE. You can make Artisan dragons, Peace Keepers, Magic Crafters etc. and maybe some newly introduced dragon types. (yes, I'm never going to get that whole new-dragon-worlds idea out of my head)

Then your character starts out at their respected homeworld, and you can help Spyro and other characters as part of the story missions, and there'd be stuff you could do with other players such as the speedway things ratchet mentioned or some shooting-game type of things like capture the flag except your guns are your breaths and stuff.

That's just my idea.

and a good idea if you ask me, but i didnt mean an MMO, just a regular rpg with the possibility of multiplayer, for example i read something about a game called tales of symphonia/phantasia and in it, you go around with a party of characters, but you only control one, the others are either AI or another player

neverwinter nights would be a slightly similar example, except you only had one party member or "henchman" and you generally chose him in order on the basis of him having abilities you dont (ie. a wizard would have a warrior henchman to tank for him)

I'm annoyed that the makers of Spyro did this, because it will be nigh on impossible to create a follow-up story-line that was as good as the last one. Shed a tear for the impossible.

I hate it when games get turned into MMOs, they always stink.

Games should either be MMOs, or they should be normal games, not turned into another.

Warcraft may have been turned into WoW, but that is different.

The ONLY game I could think of that isn't an MMO that should be turned into one is Spore... THAT'S a good game...

Now Multilayer let me explain as a steam player how it would work.

Co-op: yes it would be highly wicked and it would work.

four players might be a too much unless it works like the shrek 2 game worked.

Deathmatch:lolwut this would be stupid

MMO:

The only highly possiable chance i mean it would be kickass and easy.

i think costs should be free for membership.

If it's going to be MMO, Don't make it RPG, Or if it is an RPG, No Lame Fighting RPG, a more of a gamee, social RPG that does HAVE some fight system but not mainly to do with fighting. KInd of like a Live version of Neopets
