The Bully
Have you ever been bullied? Or were you the bully? This book is a story of a boy named Darrell; he is a victim to Tyray in The Bully. Tyray is a freshman like Darrell they met before Darrell had stared school. Every one has had a bully in their life it can be simple comments that are annoying or rude, to threats like in Darrel’s situation that make them a bully in one way or another. One of the many morals in this story is that, don’t ignore or say things you don’t mean to you friends or other people just because you’re embarrassed. This can lead to hurt feelings, lost friendships and uncomfortable times.
When you are put in a tough situation things are said that are not true. Such an instance occurs in the book the bully; Tyray claims that amberlyn likes Darrell, not thinking she shouts in front of Darrell, “No! I don’t like him or anyone right now!” said amberlyn. Words can bruise a friendship as in this instance it did.
Bullies like Tyray get enjoyment out of annoying, embarrassing, or hurting others. You shouldn’t let such things bother you as much. Letting simple comments effect you for example Tyray said, ”Is that you new boyfriend? ” letting bullies feed off your frustration and pain makes them feel happy or like the bigger person, this can make your life miserable. Staying relaxed and calm can help make a bad situation a better one for both you and anyone involved. Darrell and amberlyn faces many things like this in the book.
The Bully has many main ideas but I think ignoring people is hurtful this is why I chose this topic. Like in the bully those decisions can make people mad, confused, hurt or uncomfortable. Because of what both amberlyn and Tyray said, Darrell feels the need to say, “I’m never going to talk to Amberlyn again.” This shows that the phrase sticks and bones may break my bones but words will never hurt me is just a saying but to many people mental pain is a lot worse.
The book the bully is a good book full of morals and many real life situations. These are just the some of many ways a bully can damage one or many fragile human lives mentally and physically. Noone should make you feel small insecure lonely or afraid. Darrell was ignored by amberlyn and bullied by Tyray but persevered and showed that people shouldn’t be ignored or bullied because of embarrassment or for fun.

Is it a book report? If it is, I think its good.
The thing about presentations is to stay focused, don't let anyone put you off. And once its outta the way, just sit back and watch everyone else. Once its over you'll be fine. OK? ![]()

Re: i have a english project and i want to know if its presentable
Perhaps you could introduce the author of the book in the first paragraph. Something like ‘...he is victim to Tyray in ‘The bully’, by Paul Langan.’ There are a couple of names that need capital letters at the beginning of them, but other than that I think your spelling, grammar and paragraphs is of quite high standard. Your report explores the dominant themes of the book really well. If you have to present it, good luck! ![]()

Some things:
1. It may just be the way the forum formats it, but your report needs indents on the paragraphs.
2. Everytime you mention the name of the book, make sure you Italicize it.
3. I see a couple of unecessary commas that could be new sentences.
Otherwise, it looks good! w00t

I have a sister that is 1.5 years older than me, and I grew up always
correcting her mistakes. So I will take the time to correct it for you! I am
currently taking a collegiate level English 1301 class right now, so this will
help you a lot. If the teacher asks why your paper is so well written, tell
him/her, "A friend on the internet helped me correct my mistakes."

The Bully
Have you ever been bullied? Were you the bully? This book is a story of a boy named Darrell, and he fell victim to a kid named Tyray in The Bully. Tyray is a freshman, like Darrell. Also, they met before Darrell had started school. Every one has had a bully in their life, and it can be the simple comments that are annoying or rude. Threats, like in Darrel’s situation, are the things that make them a bully in one way or another. One of the many morals in this story is this: don’t ignore your friends or say things you don’t mean to your friends or other people just because you’re embarrassed. This can lead to hurt feelings, lost friendships and uncomfortable times.
Many people are put in a tough situation where things are said and are not true. Such an instance occurs in the book, The Bully. Tyray claims that a girl named Amberlyn likes Darrell, even though she shouts in front of Darrell, “No! I don’t like him or anyone right now!” This is a good example of how words can bruise a friendship.
Bullies like Tyray get enjoyment out of annoying or embarrassing comments, or by hurting others. You shouldn’t let such things bother you as much. Letting simple comments effect you can make your life miserable. For example, Tyray said, ”Is that your new boyfriend?” Letting bullies feed off your frustration and pain makes them feel happy. Staying relaxed and calm can help make a bad situation a better one for both you and anyone involved. Darrell and Amberlyn faces many things like these in the book.
The Bully has many main ideas. But I think ignoring people is hurtful, and that's is why I chose this topic. Like in The Bully, those decisions can make people mad, confused, hurt or uncomfortable. Because of what both Amberlyn and Tyray said, Darrell feels the need to say, “I’m never going to talk to Amberlyn again.” This shows that the phrase "sticks and bones may break my bones but words will never hurt me" is just a saying... but to many people, mental pain is a lot worse.
The book, The Bully, is a good book full of morals and many real life situations. These are just the some of many ways a bully can damage one or many fragile human lives mentally and physically. No one should make you feel small, insecure, lonely or afraid. Darrell was ignored by Amberlyn, and bullied by Tyray, but persevered and showed that people shouldn’t be ignored or bullied because of embarrassment or for fun.

Remember to indent at the beginning of each paragraph.
God bless you and your grade,
